You all know how I am with recipes so here is my 2 ingredient one
4 eggs 4 oz cream cheese
Put in a blender until smooth.
Heat the griddle and drop on small amounts (2 T or so) When golden , turn over until done.
Makes about 16 small crepes---put anything you want on them (powdered sugar, syrup, fruit, nutella)
If the points count and you use fruit --I think you only count the cream cheese and no one could eat all 16 so you might try 1/2 the recipe if you have no one to share with!

that is probably the only recipe you will ever see from me but I fixed these last week for dinner and Don put syrup on his and I put fruit and for the last one I put nutella and a bit of powdered sugar and rolled it up for dessert.
So now I am 79 and did nothing today except try to get things done by phone and no success with that either.
I didn't feel like taking a drive so we went to a close by restaurant that we had been to 3 other times and the road was blocked and it was closed so we couldn't get to the door to read the sign but I can't believe it is out of business because each time we were there it was busy and a good restaurant. I didn't want to drive further so we went to another one that was close by and it ended up packed before we left. It was OK. I brought most of my food home and put half of it in the freezer and part of it in the fridge for tomorrow so I will get 4 meals from it.
Sunday we go to the matinee of Annie and that will feel more special because today wasn't much. I did get a wonderful card from my son and a neighbor walked over with one --so the cards I got on Facebook were very special to me and I do appreciate that.

Wow, Sandy. The stories about Jeff get worse and worse. Thank goodness you have a strong DD and DGD.
Another great quote, Sharon. Here is mine for today:
With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts…Eleanor Roosevelt
Yum, fruit salad…my favorite. My recipe adds raspberries and blackberries. I don’t add a dressing, but will try the honey and lime juice.
And thanks to the rest of you for the delicious recipes!
Happy, happy birthday, Jane.
Busy day for me, as usual lately. I worked two sessions this morning, went to PT, got a mani/pedi, and bought a refrigerator. The one I had was broken. This one is inexpensive but looks good. Another French doors, bottom freezer. I also got some of the bags of junk that did not fit in the dumpster out this morning with the garbage.
And I spoke to my favorite person from where I got my last degree. DD and clan are going to see him tomorrow as DGS is playing baseball there (UCONN). I hope to see him sometime soon. He and Mort really liked each other, and he was sorry to hear about Mort’s passing.
Must get to bed soon. Early work again tomorrow.
Sleep well all.
Gail
