Okay I just looked at the member list. The actual username for catter79 is “catter78” try using that to login.

catter79 , you are registered under two usernames. As DebDoesWW said, you are signed in as Catter79, you need to be signed in as Catter78. It is a bit confusing because the name that appears on your posts isn't necessarily your username. Search for yourself in the members list and I think you'll see what we are referencing. If you'd like, we can delete the duplicate name/

Hey catter79 I want to triple check with you first before we do anything. Just want to explain once more. The “display name” on your “diamond” account IS catter79 just the sign on (user) name is catter78. As long as you write down your user name and password to use when you sign in you can keep updating your display name every year. It just dawned on me that you are probably going to be updating this yearly so you really don’t want to lose your posts and status every year! Hang on I am going to go look at how to change display name. BRB |

Profile > edit profile > personal > display name > save
So that is how you change the name people see here, like you did on the catter78 account which now shows catter79.
Just want to explain this to everyone. The display name and your user name are two different things. The user name is the name you sign onto the account with. I just leave this open in my browser and have it bookmarked just in case so I don’t really sign in, it just makes it easier. Anyway, user name to sign in, display name what people see here.
So catter if you want your diamond status back just sign in using the name catter78 and remember to use that username to sign in with. People will see the name catter79 associated with that account. 😊
