Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today DotRen - What a lovely picture in your icon sunrose - I think an evening snack of cereal and almond milk is a win! Much better than a candy bar I'm glad to hear you are meeting your step goals. amrys - I did NutriSystem once many, many years ago when I'm sure the food was really bad compared to today, I only lasted 2 weeks because I missed "real" food. But they did used to have some delicious lemon wafer cookies. I can understand trying a system where you don't have to buy much "outside" food and your limited to what you can eat. I hope that will work for you. Did you ever do any of the older WW programs? Many people seemed to have success and really like Points Plus. I've only stuck with Momentum because it was the last program I did with WW and was successful on. Plus it's just so easy for me, I can look at the nutritional label on something and figure out the points without even checking most of the time. I'm doing pretty well today, not thinking about food as much. I guess I have to appreciate those days compared the ones where I'm obsessing about food all day. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

I think I hope they improved their food. I am going to eat 2 cups of plain yogurt 4 Splenda and 2 bananas. along with the daily Nutrisystem foods. I am bringing to the footsore tomorrow 47 dollars for 4 quartos yogurt and 14 bananas. I go food shopping each Friday/ Thats all I can spend on my food to afford Nutrisystem each month. I am going to take 1 class per semester for accounting assistant It will take6 semesters and 2 summers. When I take each accounting coirs-there are two I will take quick books each of those semesters.

Good morning
cj59, you are sounding strong! I am home too and think about food too much and eat by the clock.
Amy, I have good feelings for you regarding Nutrisystem.
DotRen, I remember seeing the Nutrisystem packs at Walmart. I think Costco use to carry them too.
Waving to all
Met step goal yesterday. Will do the same today and work in the yard. So far this week (well starting on Tuesday) I have not had bread and cut the creamer in my coffee. Both are huge for me. I am also working to get more veggies in. For now I have cut fruit until later in my new program.

Hello Everyone amyrs - I'm sure the food is much better than it used to be almost 30 years ago. They probably have some really tasty meals, I hope you enjoy them and do well on the program. sunrose - I always read that making any changes, even if them seem small, help to lead us to success. So good for you cutting out those problem foods. I hope you are liking your program too. I'm doing pretty well today, made out a food plan so I'll stick to that. Hoping for a good weekend. I may weigh myself next week. Even though I don't want to, I can't really tell how I'm doing to get back to my goal weight if I don't see how much I weigh. I've been psyching myself up to accept whatever the number is and not let it derail me. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Just checking in for the day and hoping that everyone is doing well and enjoying the weekend
I'm sticking to my food plan pretty well today. I tried on a pair of jeans yesterday that fit well when I was at goal and they were TIGHT I always gain my weight back in my hips and that's where the tightness was, the waist wasn't too bad.
So I don't think I need to weigh in yet, because I'm scared to see that number on the scale. I'll just keep staying on track and then think about weighing in on September 1st. And now I can keep trying the jeans on until they fit well again.

Been a busy weekend. We're still trying to catch the mouse /annoyed. Today everything is coming out of the pantry, shelving and all, and we're taking the carpet out and putting plank flooring down in there. That will make it easier to clean out when we need to and move the shelving. In addition, DH and DS are re-decking the carport. They've gotten the old deck off and most of the prep, but it's been raining the last 3 days so that's slowed them down. Don't be concerned if I'm absent a few days, tomorrow is Warcrafts expansion launch lol. We've been playing since 2006

Good afternoon
cj59, you are doing good--very focused. Trying the jeans on is one feedback so waiting for the scale is good.
DotRen, have fun with Warcraft. Darn mouse.
I've been doing pretty good. I have not missed creamer in my coffee at all. I didn't use a lot of it anyway, but a good feeling to be in control. No bread either. I had company last night and I didn't have a roll or corn on the cob.
Waving all

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well on your plans DotRen - Hope you catch the mouse soon. Have fun with your game! sunrose - I'm glad you're doing well and maybe you've broken your creamer habit. Good for you on no bread, I usually have to have something bready each day. Are you liking this new program? I'm doing O.K. toady and sticking to my food plan for the day. I won't weigh in anytime soon because I know that seeing that number on the scale will derail me, so it's just not worth it. I just hope to stay on track for the rest of this month and then hopefully through September too.

Good morning
cj59, it's crazy, but I'm scared not to weigh. I should take baby steps and break my scale addiction. Good for you waiting. I did pretty good until my son ordered pizza. I didn't want any, but later I ate a little of it....ugh

sunrose - Isn't it crazy, we're on opposite sides of the coin with weighing. It's really crazy how such a small think can be so difficult for us to deal with emotionally. Sounds like you didn't each much pizza, so take that as a success.
Pizza is one of my top 2 foods, so I have trouble controlling and have to limit when I buy it out. I do make a lower calorie version at home more often, so I can at least get the taste of pizza.
I'm doing pretty well and staying on track and sticking to a food plan. I have a lunch out one day this week, so hopefully I can stick to what I've decided to get there. It's really great that all the menus are online now, that's a big help for planning.
Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans

Good morning
cj59, I'm the same with pizza. One of my favs. My son got extra cheese so I think that kept me from eating too much (I don't like extra cheese). I love being able to look at the menus online. It really helps.
I need to work on my steps. I am really lacking there.
I have my first WI at the place that I am doing their program and I was down 7.5 pounds!! I was so happy. Now to keep it going.

sunrose - Congratulations on such a successful beginning on your new program. I hope it continues for you I'm doing pretty well and sticking to my food plan. I haven't really felt like overeating lately, but it helps not to have any junk food in the house. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

Good morning
cj59, That's great you are doing well and sticking to the plan. I can't have certain junk food in the house. I just am not that strong yet.
Met my step goal yesterday. No rain today--so I will be cutting the grass later.
Waving and sending skinny vibes to all

Hi sunrose - hope you had success in getting your steps today. I'm with you on keeping junk food out of the house, I just can't resist it! I'm doing pretty well today. I went grocery shopping and was worried about being in the store, but I managed to get my groceries and not buy any junk. I did buy a bag of Pop Chips and some of the new Fiber One Chocolate Brownie cookie bites. I think I can control these, but if I can't I'll get rid of them. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans
