Hello Everyone sunrose - I liked the taste and texture of the Fiber One cookie bites. The actual name of the ones I bought is Fiber One Cookie Bites - Crunchy Double Chocolate. It has a nice crunchy texture, almost reminds me of the Girl Scout Thin Mints texture. If they made these in mint it would taste like those. They also have some lemon ones that I'm going to have to try now. Nutritional Info for one small bag: Calories 130, Fat 7g, Sat Fat 4.5g, Carbs 21g, Sugar 9g, Fiber 5g. It's only 2 points for me on Momentum, so not bad for a snack. I ate half yesterday and I'll eat the rest today. I'm doing pretty well today, had a bunch of vegetables at lunch and planned out the day. I'm not having a lot of feelings of wanting to overeat, so maybe sticking to the plan for over 2 weeks is helping to curb them. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are enjoying your weekend I didn't make it here to post yesterday, busy day and it was just too hot. I did go out for lunch yesterday and stuck to the items I'd planned to get so I stayed within my food plan for the day. I've already made out my food plan for today, so hope to have a good day. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

*waves* It's been a fun week of gaming lol. I am ready for DH to go back to work though! He's on my last nerve I've been staying mostly on plan, or at least on A plan, but I'm going to be happy to get back to normal tomorrow.

Hello Everyone DotRen - Glad to hear you've had a fun week and have stayed mostly on plan. I'm doing well and sticking to the food plan I made for the day. I want to work towards making it through all of August without any overeating. I've done 19 days, so only 12 more to go Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans and enjoying the weekend.

Hello Everyone - Ready for another week I made a partial food plan for the week, so that will help to keep me on track. I also make one at the start of each day. Unfortunately I can't stay on track if I just plan what to eat when I'm ready to eat. I have to think ahead about it. I'm still feeling pretty strong to make it through this month without overeating. I've been taking my measurements and I'm back down some from the beginning of the month after all the overeating. I still need to lose a few more inches and I'm hoping those will go in September. I've found that every time I gain weight now and then lose it again, I keep some on my hips I may have to accept that even if I weigh a certain number my measurements won't be the same as they were before. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plan.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well on your plans I'm sticking to my food plan and not overeating. Right now I'm focusing on getting to September 1st and then I'm going to weigh in and see where I'm at. I'm hoping I've lost a lot of what I gained in July. I have lost a few more inches, so that's good. Yesterday I had a random thought come to my head - I imagined I had a box of chocolates and I was eating them. Guess I'm feeling candy deprived

Morning! I'm still sticking to it, though I did have a little splurge last night: zucchini pineapple cake (spice cake mix, small can of crushed pineapple in juice, grated zucchini, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 3 eggs -mix well and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 and bake an additional 45 since it's so dense). I only had a small piece and it was really good. DH loved it, too, so I made him take the rest to work so I wouldn't be tempted lol.

DotRen - Thanks for sharing that recipe, it sounds delicious and there are healthy foods in it I'm doing well today and avoided buying any junk at the grocery store. I also didn't stop at any Fast Food places while I was out. I love Fast Food and it's really tough passing it up. I try to limit it to once or twice month, because I could eat it several times a week! I'm just determined to make it to September 1st and see what I weigh and hope it's not too much over my goal weight. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all enjoying the weekend sunrose - Good luck with the car financing, I hope it all works out the best for you. What kind of car are you looking at? I'm glad to hear you are back on track too. I'm doing pretty well, sticking to my food plan. But I have been fighting a few more feelings lately of "What is the point of this, etc.?" which I'm sure we all get from time to time. You'd think that having good health would be a strong motivator, and it is most of the time, but the lure of food is strong I just need to hold on for another week and see how much I weigh. I'm hoping to be surprised and be pretty close to my goal weight, but I do have to gear myself up to accept I might weigh more than I think I do. It's just a lot of "head games" isn't it?

cj59, it is a lot of head games for sure. Hang in there one more week!! I bought a 2018 Ford Escape. I love the car. I don't know why I financed with the dealer. I was listening to my friends approach. Oh well almost over.
