Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but for anyone still following Points Plus, what is the minimum daily point limit? My old materials and calculator tell me it's 29 but an online calculation tells me it's 26.

It was originally 29, then after the first year, they lowered it to 26.

I don't remember that for some reason, no wonder I never had much success on that program. Thanks for the quick response.

Yup, wwlurker is right...there were too many people that didn't lose quickly on the original P+, so they gave the option of lowering it in Year 2.

Yep, that is exactly right. I was at 29 points and a couple of months before the end of the first year when I had a plateau my leader told me to go ahead and switch to 26 a couple of months before the change was made.

I still follow PP, and lost 50 lbs. using 29 daily pts. the whole way - YMMV.

I go between the 2..I find it to be exhausting sometimes! It's a vicious cycle for me :-))
