I would eat it like a dip - with ginger snaps. Sounds good to me. I guess you could put it in an already baked pie crust.

See, this is where my problem would be. Mike said it has 32 servings. Uh, no, I could probably eat the whole bowl with a bag of ginger snaps in 1 evening. And, that is the reason I had to join WW. My "full feeling" switch is broken, esp. with foods like this or queso and chips is concerned. I could eat my weight in queso but I'd be "full" of carrots after 3 of them!

Linda, it just shows how programs have evolved. I think Pumpkin Fluff first appeared on the scene during the POINTS era where sugar and sat fat weren't penalized and fiber lowered points. So made "the Weight Watchers way," it probably had very few points. But then came PointsPlus. — and points went up. And then came SmartPoints — and points went WAY up. Personally I could probably restrict myself to 1 serving because I'm not fond of pumpkin and really do NOT like ginger snacks. But I do believe during the craze people were ingesting whole recipes of the stuff.
