Good Morning,
Yes, you are certainly busy with the extra vet appointments and the dogs!
Yesterday was not a productive day....at all...except I got someone to take kids where they needed to go in the evening and got myself to DH's work dinner which was in a P.I.T.A. location for the holiday season.
I have two hours here to get so much done. I got both kids packed up for separate over night outings, DD is coming with me to do a singing thing out of town tonight, and we'll attend a Christmas play at the community theater in the same town wthat some of the other singers we'll meet tonight, will be acting in. I have to pick her up early from school, I have the addresses, directions, maps, confirmations printed. I got DS ski stuff out, and put together, with his help, so that he is ready to go, and will have everything, together, for skiing when he leaves with DH to our cabin.
The house is in disarray and I also need shower and get the oil changed on the car and maybe get it through the car wash before we leave and find the season ski passes. Yesterday was a not a good day to get nothing done and I'm paying the price now.
ToDOs- -wash hand items in sink, put away, run the DW -pick up all the junk (a lot) from the ski carp round up and DH's many, many, many LARGE bags filled with more snow stuff than any family needs and chuck it all back in the entryway closet -do a quick pick up, make bed in MB -run out and get the oil changed, pack my bag, pick DD up early from school with all the stuff and hit the road. Will be back later tomorrow.
If I can get the above done, I will be returning to a much better place tomorrow, not heinousness.
Hhope you have a productive day!
Z.

Z: hope you find some internal emotional space to enjoy some of the fun things you will be doing like time with DD and singing (are you singing or is she?). This time of year can be so crazy that we miss some of the fun. I got up and saw the mess and didn't even realize that DH had turned on all the Christmas lights so that I would get up and see how beautiful they are. Breath my friend, breath.
I hurt my ankle yesterday so I am doing sitting things to day. Took the class online (hope it was the right one because it was about 1 hr not 3 like they said it would be). Went through a mess of bills, filling and general "what is this stuff" paperwork I shoved into my computer bag so now I can actually pay the bills. Plus, my bag looks much better.
List: work on cards either go buy milk or get DS to do it (I am hoping I won't have to do lots of walking, the brace I am wearing does help) Try and get some decluttering done on first floor (I think if I do it in small chunks and take frequent rests I can do it.

Good day for me in comparison to the last few days.
Accomplishments: - Drumroll XXXXX two months of DH's bookkeeping. The plan is to get two more done tomorrow and then finish up on Sunday, get all the paper work etc loaded up to take to DH's office on Monday. - 4 loads of laundry - drop stops from the old car cleaned and ready to install in the new car - two scarves shortened--Hooray! - dog groomed - last window film put up in the basement - a squeaky cabinet fixed - two pairs of pants waists fixed - ironing - snow shoveling
CB'd - huge plastic lid - kneeler - emergency first aid thing - some plastic containers - one head lamp - miscellaneous junk including out of date canned goods
Tomorrow's plan--keep getting things DONE.
Cathy, I hope your ankle improves and that you got your cards done.
