Here's a photo of a No Sugar Added Angel Food cake with Strawberry Swerve Confectioner's Glaze that I made today. I made only 3/4 of a recipe, since I only wanted to use that many egg whites. The full recipe cake would be slightly larger. I've always liked angel food cake, and luckily it is virtually fat free. I had never seen a sugar free version, but found one online a while ago. I made it and it was pretty darned good. At the time, I just used decorated it with a little fat free whipped topping and fresh berries, but I have yearned to eat it with a strawberry glaze, like my grandmother always put on it. Now that I found Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute that adds no guilt. Even if the glaze was made with regular confectioner's sugar it wouldn't be that indulgent. The sugar free Angel Food Cake recipe is from livingsweetmoments.com/sugar-free-angel-food-cake/If using granulated sucralose (Splenda), the nutrition info (based on 1/12 of cake) according to MyFitnessPal calculator is 76 calories, 13 grams carbs (0 fiber), 0 fat, 5 grams protein, 0 sugar, 0 cholesterol, 56 mg sodium. Toppings extra. An optional strawberry glaze can be made as follows: * 1 cup Swerve confectioner's or regular confectioner's sugar * 1-2 tsp strawberry puree If made with Swerve confectioner's, the additional nutrition info for 1/12 portion to be added according to MyFitnessPal calculator is 0 calories (strawberry puree adds basically none), 16 carbs (mostly all sugar alcohol and Stevia-based sweetener/0 fiber), 0 fat, 0 protein, virtually 0 sugars, 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium

There you go cyndee ! It is a beauty thank you for posting! * I couldn’t get it to show either by doing a link to the page so I just copied the photo (held cursor on photo hit copy) and pasted it here. Weird.
