squid , I don't know what happened to Kippy, Roz. I remember her mentioning on the boards (weight wathcers before they disappeared) that her website information had disappeared and I contacted her and sent the file of hers that I had saved. I am not where she is but just checked and the board she set up long ago with recipes is there...not the one she lost...another one: wwkippy.proboards.com/ How does website info disappear? Thanks for the update, Cathy. Roz

The last time Kippy's board was updated was in 2013...

Sometimes people pay for their website and stop paying OR there is no action OR the host goes out of business OR copyright infringement makes it a problem OR who knows? I know that there was EASYSTREETSTER on WW boards in the past and she posted a thread with hundreds/thousands of recipes and I did not save them but saved the links to them...they are gone now. No idea if I saved any of them but will look in my files one day soon.

You can sometimes find old sites/boards using this site: archive.org/web/Even if they've been "gone" for years.

I don't seem to have it. I tried to search on Kippy's Board wwkippy.proboards.com/ but the search engine is not so great and the recipes I saved of Easystreetster seem to have vanished. I am wondering who shared the recipe originally since bread was not considered core...doesn't seem it would have been Kippy as she was rather hard core CORE.
I went searching on the internet and checked Mikey57's site, 3FatChicks, Kippy's board and googled randomly but did not see a pina colada bread with Core. I did see a LOT of other ideas for beverages and cereals and making cakes using the ingredients of pina colada with a cake mix but no bread. Sorry
All of the Core recipes I have that I saved and are able to be copied and pasted or uploaded have been shared...this does sound intriguing. Long ago we used to make a "danish" when doing exchanges and used cottage cheese with sweetener, cinnamon and sometimes would add a fruit in, too.

Request for Pina Colada Bread - did not find one BUT did find baked pina colada oatmeal...
Baked Oatmeal Cake
2 cups oatmeal, dry 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 cup skim milk 2 eggs 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce 2 bananas, mashed 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix first three ingredients together. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into an 8x8 baking pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until done.
CORE
This one is adaptable to BE core and has some baked oatmeal variations on the page, too:
