One of my credits is similar to my gratitude this morning.
Credit-I have lost a total of 200 lbs as of this morning,I stayed OP and tracked every bite,I did some kind of exercise every day and am getting closer to consistently eating around 30 SP per day.
Gratitude: First to my loving God with whom I asked 2 1/2 years into this journey to guide me to the weight he wanted me to be(He held up his end,now it's up to me to keep it where He wants me to be). Second to my loving and supportive DH who has never complained that I wouldn't eat out(esp at Whataburger)every time he wanted to and continues to support me with what I need to do to lose and maintain this weight. Third to Beck and all of you for your support and kindness and most of all friendship.
I do want to share a funny story about my DH.He was trying to tell me how many points his breakfast was...2 for the egg,2 for each side of his biscuit and 1 for the sausage in the middle.I told him you men have no clue and his answer???If we did we would eat it.He is definitely a keeper and there is never a dull moment with him around for the last 32 years.

@beckyw2016 What a sweet story about your DH. Yes, my DH doesn't always "get" what I go through regarding weight loss but he's definitely a keeper! I have a lot of gratitude related to being with him for 45 years.
I'm giving myself credit for another LT weigh in this week. 42 months and I plan on continuing. That will include tracking every day, exercise and coming to the boards and attending WW meetings for my support. I feel so much gratitude that I've been able to keep the weight off and I feel so much healthier.

Wow, Becky, that is just wonderful and amazing and fabulous!!! 200 lbs! And I whine about how long it takes me to lose 25. No more whining here, I promise. I'm also impressed with the exercise since that is an area I am still resistant to.
And Linda you continue to be an maintenance inspiration to me. Do you ever stop thinking about it, I mean, does it ever just become routine sort of luck brushing your teeth, or do you always have to keep a focus on it in order not to regain? I guess there's still a lot of thinking because you say you still track every day and attend meetings, so maybe the question is, do you think about it less?
Credit for me today is another week OP and down 2 more lbs. I'm tracking and doing meal planning and prep. And most of all, my attitude continues to be one that really helps. As Beck has helped me with, rather than feeling entitled to eat, I feel entitled to all the wonderful things on my advantages list.
Gratitude is the usual: my health, family (children, grandchildren, sibs), having a great job, enough of everything, support here, meetings, friends.

Giving myself credit for a successful monthly weigh-in (Fri) and another voucher for e-tools and for tracking in February (no long aiming for blue dots but tracking even when high or low!). Also for the insane (but brave!) before/after pic posting on Connect that had me Trending for 2 days!!
I'm soooo grateful for this board and beginning to learn the 'best of Beck' !!

Great posts today.
Becky: Way to go with the 200 pound loss.
Credit for getting to my WW meeting, pretty much staying on program this week, and doing my exercises. Really proud of the doing the exercises. Getting into the habit of doing that is so hard for me.
Grateful for the warmer winter weather we have been having. Like it or not we could use rain and even snow to fill our reservoirs.

I'm in a habit with my eating. Much of my fussing is over exercise for my fitness and my health. Right now the hard part is my late afternoon urge to eat. Some days I do just fine and others I might have about two points of something. Eating away from home can cause me to struggle and again sometimes I do fine and other tie I might have too much. Over the years what helps are little things I say to myself. Things like I remind myself about staying away from sugar because I don't want to get T2 diabetes, reminding myself this is the way I eat now and it is the right way to eat for me, also that I only have to eat enough to stave off hunger until the next meal.

Congratulations to all of you! Credit to Becky, Linda, Andi, Pat and Judy for staying focused on your goals and inspiring all of us with your success stories. Impressive group we have here!
Grateful for the opportunity to spend the day with DS & DDIL, especially our two grands. Credit for taking care of myself, another good weigh in this month and being able to positively manage several eating situations this past week.

I'll give myself credit for a successful February weigh in. I do however need to put my nose to the grindstone so that I'm not over my magic number in March. I'm having trouble with evening attacks of the munchies. It all boils down to willpower. I need to strengthen my willpower muscle (along with every other muscle in my body!)
Happy big game Sunday everyone!

Good morning everyone
You are all doing wonderful. This helps boost me along.
I read yesterday's posts. I have been able to stay on program better since having groceries delivered every week. Von's/Safeway has home delivery. No impulse shopping. Free delivery (with 5 easy items on the list), same in store discounts and 20 cents a gallon off of Chevron gas for cars.
The super bowl party my sister was having was cancelled today. BIL not feeling well and it's lightly raining. The party was 50% outside.

Congrats to everyone who's enjoyed success this week!
Credit for doing my WI Friday and even though I hadn't done one in a while (like, since the holidays...I know, I know...), I was about 10 lbs lighter than I had anticipated, so that was a huge relief and a huge motivator to get back on track 110% of the time. So I've been tracking everything the past several days and feel back "on track", which feels good and not at all like a burden.
Gratitude for the group, as always, for helping me keep myself honest and OP!

keshet51 For me, being at LT status for over 3 years means a lot of what we eat is habit now. I purposely try to keep things out of our house that I know would cause me problems. (thinking back to the years I would buy large bags of M&Ms at Sam's and just nibble on those all day long! Yikes!) I try to not obsess about every morsel of food which would drive me crazy. Instead, I plan our meals (usually just 1 day in advance) and plan for snacks along the way and then just live my life. I did struggle in the month of December due to the Christmas cookies and I'm going to have to be extra vigilant next year during this time. The new Smart Points program has shown me that sugar really isn't my friend, especially when it comes to weight gain. Limiting sugar has helped me the most. Also, I am a very slow loser so I try to be aware every day of where I stand so that things don't get out of hand. It is easier to maintain than to try and lose. That is a lesson I've learned and it looks like I'll need to be that way from now on.

Gratitude for being at goal almost 5 years. Credit for sticking with it.
bbbearsmom, If I were to meet Beck, I would tell her that I appreciated her program. However, I would also need to point out that I think she is wrong about some things. I think I would also need to point out to her that she doesn't really understand those of us who had significant weight problems. Many of us have had quite a few dysfunctional episodes with food, including binging and starving. And although I really appreciate her insight into unfairness, I don't think she understands that it really is a lot tougher for a lot of us than for most.
I do believer that for a lot of us, our problems have some physiological basis. I always felt like Barbara Berkeley understood that better than Beck.

At my weigh in this week, I was fretting about being up a little less than a pound. The WW receptionist said, "But don't you feel better than you did 65 pounds ago?" She was gently reminding me to put it into perspective. Yes, I do feel better, and I like myself better. So my big gratitude this week is to the receptionist for making me pause, step back, and look at the big picture. In the big picture, I AM A THIN PERSON.
Credits: ~ Eating all 30 of my Daily Points, every day. ~ When there is an opportunity for choices in the day, I'm selecting protein points in lieu of bread points. ~ More bowls of lettuce, with some turkey and cheese. ~ The kitchen is closed between 6:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. (Thank you, Marilynn, for getting me started on that.)

borntexan Becky, that's a great story about your husband. Congratulations on your loss. Credit for tracking and having several 10,000or more step days. I've reduced caffeine a lot to. Gratitude for support online and from my family.
