Joanne, I have not been able to get to a meeting in a while, but if you go to www.weightwatchers.com/us/m/cms/livingthere is info about the new program (WellnessWins) and success mindset. Does anyone know what the topic at meetings is? Gail

Greetings: DH just called out asking if I was ready to go to dinner. so this is quick.
We had DS and family here most of the day. Broncos lost bad to the Jets and Rockies lost to the Brewers. They were here for both games though left before the Rockies packed it up Not a good Denver sports weekend!
I am weary and I was hoping to just do some sort of leftovers or freezer food, but neither is to be. I think we're going to Panera though so I'll get some chicken soup. It's been a cold rainy day and we haven't turned on the heat. I hate to do it because that seems to announce winter is here. But, we might have to soon!
This morning walked to the Rec center for some treadmill walking, but didn't get much done!
Have a few tasks to complete yet tonight. We were supposed to have some presentation at 6 p.m. about a travel group, but they called to cancel since two others in our area called and cancelled with them. So now we're on for Thursday, but I have child care until about 7 p.m. Apparently they have some mandate to deliver this info ... whether we want to hear it or not! I am looking forward, sort of, to whatever it turns out to be.
well, off to soup at Panera.

We all loved the Lion King! It was fantastic and a lady sitting next to me said she had seen it in London, Chicago and now here. I could very easily see it again it was that good. Went to Olive Garden after and had shrimp scampi with chicken gnocchi soup and a bread stick. Brought home 2/3 of it as I was full after the soup and bread stick.

Gail, our week meeting is Tuesday and not sure what meeting topic is but I thought leader said they would tell us more about the new program.
Karen C we have had our heat on since the last day or so in September. Yip, if this holds will be very long winter. Still hoping for some Indian summer as parents used to call it. Complete day of rain, much more to follow. The tree colors have drastically changed in the last three or so days. Our timber is more gold now than green.

Sandy, I loved The Lion King when it came to Tampa, too. It was fabulous. That being said segways me into QOTD.
AOTD: I think that moving to Tampa has had the biggest impact on me culturally. I have seen many wonderful shows like The Lion King and The King and I (and many more). Saw my first ballet. I have been to many wonderful museums like The Chihuly glass sculpture collection in St Pete and the fabulous Tiffany collection at the Morse Museum in Winter Park. I have been to the Chalk festivals and the Siesta Key Crystal Classic Sugar Sand Sculpture in Sarasota. I have also had the opportunity to explore my own artistic talent working with clay under the direction of Haitian artist Junior Polo, making art out of glass and making jewelry, etc. The opportunities are endless and were not available where I lived in Ohio.

Gail when I login online at the bottom of the page is recommended articles and I think the meeting topic will be there as for this week it says Wellness Wins and since this week we are discussing the new title and wellness rewards I bet that's where the meeting topic will be located.

I just tracked my food on the new app. It was the old app yesterday. The new app is very difficult to navigate, but I am sure I will get used to the changes. They have not changed the sign on the building where my meeting is held yet.

I agree with everyone. THE LION KING is a delightful show. I saw it with my grands when they were fairly young and I could see it again too.
Thanks Sandy.
