CHICKEN CHILI BUBBLE UPI'm making this for lunches the rest of the week (or until son eats most of them and I get 1 or 2 servings lol). I am altering it: using 1/2 cup onion instead of 1; using 93% ground turkey instead of chicken; 1tsp oregano instead of 2 (I have dried Mexican oregano and it's strong); adding a can of black beans; using a smaller can of diced tomatoes plus a can of Rotel tomatoes.

DotRen, I tried making one of these bubble-up recipes and it was a huge flop. Now, it could very well be me because I am not a great cook, but I won't be trying another bubble-up recipe.

Looks like a possibility. I don't mix dairy products (cheese) with meat products (poultry) and I see absolutely NO reason to eat white bread in any form, so I will leave off the cheese and either leave out the biscuits altogether or else substitute an SF-type of bread. Everything else in the recipe is compatible with SF. Thanks for posting! I never heard of "bubble up" before.
