Beck Book Review Starts Saturday, 10/27.
Beck Book Review
A review of the book: The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck will start Thursday, 10/27 in “Beck Book Review” in the “Food & Diet” section. The book contains a 42-day program that uses cognitive behavioral therapy to work on the mental side of weight management. You are welcomed to come join us. If you have any questions come on over and ask.
This is a good time of the year for the review since Halloween starts the “Great American Eating” season which end (hopefully) January 2nd of the new year.
We will start the Beck Book Review on Saturday, October 27th, with the introduction. On Thursday, November 1st, we will start with the first day of the 42 day program.
