It's supposed to be another rainy day so I will work on trip planning. We are going on a cruise in March and need to decide on shore excursions. The goals are to continue moving and tracking. Me time will be reading and the Whole Foods class tomorrow night.

Hi Judy, Trainer comes this morning...the luxury of that still makes me smile! That will be by me time. I have to get organized for our trip this coming Sat - 2 weeks in SC looking for sunshine.
Menu B Usual yogurt parfait L Stir fry veggies....chicken sausage D Remainder of veggies and not sure what else.
S FF milk/ fruit Skinny Taste popcorn (like it so much better than the microwave stuff) Marie

Very warm here in Houston; supposed to be 87 degrees today! Our weather guesser said the worst of winter is over due to some change in the jet stream. We'll still have some spotty days of colder temps but basically we're looking at spring. Wow! I'm not ready for summer yet. B: coffee, almond milk, berries, 1/2 english muffin, 1 T. jif whips peanut butter L: veggie salad with 4 oz. deli ham, fruit D: stir fry veggies with 4 oz. chicken S: SF pudding mariel I love the skinny popcorn too. I have to be careful to measure out my serving; it's too easy to eat too much! Enjoy your time with your trainer.

Linda I have weather envy. Its pouring and 40 here - C'mon Spring!
B- hot cereal, blueberries, ff milk, oil L- Greek yogurt, almonds, pineapple D- Chili over baked potato, salad S- frozen yogurt, apple, 1/2 Quest

Weather report for the Ohio River valley: High of 65 with rain! What happened to winter??? The weather guys were saying last night that we probably won't be getting any more significant snow for the rest of the season. Maybe a flurry or two, but nothing measurable.
It sounds like we are all thinking about winter getaways. We are booked for a cruise Feb 25. We are going to the western Caribbean--Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Key West. I'll miss the start of our next Beck review.
Goals: ~ exercise every day ~ more veggies/less fruit ~ more protein
Me-time: ~ I'm not sure. I've got a couple of books from the library. Maybe that's it.

We have had some rain but there is still a lot of it west of us on the radar screen. We can use the water.
My weekly goal is to continue to do my exercises and maybe add some for the arms. My me-time is my computer time and my newspaper reading time.
Everybody have great times on your trips.

Me-time today is yoga class this morning, Tuesday knitting with friends this afternoon.

B:egg/eggbeater wrap L:grilled chicken tenders on a bed of romaine,baby cuke,baby carrots and grape tomatoes with 2 tsp EVOO,raspberries,sf jello/Reddi Whip D:chili beans,ff Greek yogurt with 100 cal pack dry roasted almonds S:raspberries,(HB egg,sf jello/Reddi Whip)if still hungry
Me time-Curves this morning
I also walked this afternoon but the knee didn't like it as much as I did and it was 86 degrees at the time.
