I need to do my free etools and I've been unable to sign in to WW for two days. I realized I haven't done it since I got my new iPad for Christmas. Is this real problem or a me problem?
Also, I didn't weigh in for November- would that wipe out accumulated etools vouchers?

Hi kim1607! I think it might be an issue on your end or else there would be a 3 page thread here about it, ha! Try clearing cache and rebooting, if that doesn't help then delete app and try again. Not sure about your second question,you can go to account settings from the intials top right on the webpage at WW.com and sign in and see where you are at. Hang on will go do it now so I can tell you exactly where to check it.

Initials > account > see your account settings > sign in again > account status

Thank you, Deb! I just updated the app and that worked. I guess the November miss did wipe me out but I'm not sure how far ahead I really was.
