Fall is here!! We have 14 days to New Years day. Two weeks is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

I maintained this week, despite two parties! I really wanted to be under 200 by the end of the year but I really think that is asking alot for the holidays I guess.

Mo thanks for the start. I too wanted to be under 200 before the end of the year. It's hard with all the parties. Debbie and I both challenged each other to get to a certain # by the end of 2016. Join us??!!

Brenda, I will challenge myself to get halfway to 200 so 203 will be my year-end goal. 3.2 pounds.
