Morning all. Got the flu shot on Friday and as usual, I'm having a reaction... fever, chills, and sore throat. Happens every time, but still required to get it for work. Have been getting my StepBet steps in around the house at weird hours. Yesterday I did all 7300 at 1am cuz I woke up with some energy.
Took the day off, but still need to finish cleaning for company. My daughter is bringing her boyfriend home for the first time. They are both sophomores in college.
I haven't necessarily been tracking everything I eat, but I have been keeping a tally in my head. Need to get back to it. Scale showed a nice 4.5 lb loss this week.

Good morning and Happy Monday. Stuck with my planned indulgence yesterday. Thanksgiving is pretracked as I know where I'm going (diner for crab cakes benedict and Earl of Sandwich for the Holiday Sandwich). Not a good day for the GHGs but it's a rare miss.

Good morning! It's 44 and drizzling here, feels like a day to stay inside! I am going to the Monday WW meeting later this morning so that I can get my 50 wins. Thanks to zazzles, I didn't go to the Sunday meeting because of the problems he had with the Sunday versus Monday week day issues. I really wonder who thinks of these dumb rules! We're leaving tomorrow morning for the rest of the week so I will catch up with everyone then. I hope everyone has a lovely Thanksgiving!  |

borntexan, we'll be 150 NW of Austin, 35 miles from the nearest store so I try to have everything we'll need when we go. If we don't have something, we'll just make do.
