I have a group of friends and we meet for pizza at the local joint every Thursday. We miss Thanksgiving and did miss when Hurricane Matthew was coming. I have one slice, usually Margarita and it's more about being with friends and enjoying each other. We meet at 2 and are usually there for a couple of hours, wine is involved too, 2 glasses. I am at LT and maintaining. WW isn't deprivation, it's moderation.
I had heard on the news that it was National Pizza day. Guess what I was doing at the time (did not even know it was pizza day), I was making pizza. Guess I had mental telepathy.
I made a points friendly pizza - a sandwich thin, organic pizza sauce (not a lot), 1 tsp. of Olive oil, fresh spinach, fat free mozzarella cheese, Purdue short cuts chicken. Pop in toaster oven at 350 degrees, ready in 20 minutes. It was yummy.
