I eat within my points Breakfast, lunch and dinner. In between I crash and am starving. I eat zero point food and it makes me feel worse why?? I have been eating apples, grapes or different types of vegetables. Please help. I don’t want to quit another diet. Atkins didn’t work either

Hi Stephanie and welcome to the boards!
Can you give us an idea of what a general day looks like for you? The main thing is to make sure you are eating enough to keep you satisfied, you absolutely shouldn’t feel starving by any means.
The Good Health Guidelines are a great place to start. I can’t link you to the post since you are posting as a guest but over on the General Board we just had a thread about them and will post link below.
Make sure you are getting enough variety (healthy fats, protein, dairy, whole grains) in addition to the fruits and vegetables and other freebies. Good luck!

wwmessageboard.freeforums.net/thread/32642/make-workhere is the link for the thread. 😊 I also want to add, do not worry about "going into the red" especially at the beginning. (In other words, if you need to go above your range for the day by all means do it (with healthy choices) but we don't want anyone passing out of feeling dizzy.) There are quite a few of us that need to make that "tweak" to make the program sustainable for us.

Are you diabetic? Eating carbs alone (fruits, veggies) may be causing you to have a blood sugar crash. Try to eat protein with carbs and see if that helps (I am not a doctor, and I don't play one on TV )

Try to eat protein with carbs and see if that helps (I am not a doctor, and I don't play one on TV ) I agree with this. I'm not diabetic, but right now I'm borderline pre-diabetic. There were a couple days during my first couple weeks were I felt horrible, even though I was eating lots of fruits and veggies, and staying within my points. I started eating more protein and dairy, and felt better almost immediately. Don't forget whole grains complex carbs and healthy fats (oils), too. Your body needs it all to be healthy and to lose the weight. WW used to have an emphasis on making sure that you got the recommended servings per day of all these food groups. It's the one thing that the current plan doesn't have that I think is really unfortunate.
