Hi!
We had a busy morning, since both of us had doctor's appointments with our primary care doctor. She heard my irregular heartbeat again and so I had an EKG. No problem -- it's fine. Now wew are home for the day.
Temps today are in the 40s up to maybe 50Âş. It's cloudy here, too, and we are supposed to get the southern edge of a storm, I think. It shouldn't be bad here, though single digits on Sunday could keep us home from church if the pavement is wet.
No bra for me anymore. Since cancer biopsies, diagnosis, etc, it's just too painful to have anything snug under my arms. Not wearing one has been an adjustment, but at one point, the RN at the cancer institute said "bra/ chemo?" whadda ya think? I need to keep those lymph nodes from being irritated.
A character from fiction? Hmmm. That's hard... so many to choose from Miss Marple? Or the Rowan from Anne McCaffrey's books.
Please have a happy day. Diane

I am not that well endowed so no bra is fine with me most of the time. Just don't like seeing woman with their boobs sitting on their waist. LOL Sorry about that!! Most of my friends and family need support. LOL

I am running late and the Resolve falls over. Good grief. Phyl, you work hard so why walk away from your month. I suggested you not post March info in January. What would the March poster report? But now I realize no one will remember anyway. So go ahead, give us all that info! We can read it again in March!
Back pain kept me up. Icy/hot is helping.

My bra story isn't very interesting. I can't reach around back to fasten mine so I just fasten it in front and then turn it around to the back. I've been doing that for many years and it works fine.

Well, I am endowed but not overly so.
My microwave died. DDIL and the college DD will be here tomorrow afternoon. So I will stop by Walmart after Silver Sneakers tomorrow and get a new one. That same child put this one in, how many year ago, 10? She is 21 now.
Sun decided to show up bright and beautiful. 55 now. I went out and checked the camper to make sure it is ready for winter this weekend. Already they have upped the low fro 18 to 25. Who knows?

Good afternoon ladies,
Phil, Come on back and just ignore who hurt your Feelings because the rest of us didn't say anything and we would miss you a whole lot!!!! I didn't quit last month when I got picked on a lot for my name I picked for myself. I do think that the person that starts the thread should be the one to do the QOTD Unless they ask for help or don't want to do one!!!! This is only my pinion on it though!!!
Ok, I don't ware a bra on the days I stay in my PJ's!! I also had a bad Experience with my top on my Bathing suit a couple years ago when I lost all that wt. My suit fit good till I got the top wet in the pool and I came back up from under the water and I was hanging out too much at the top!!! Ted grabbed my shoulder straps and tied them in a knot to keep them from coming off again!!!
Ok, I went to my ww meeting this morning and I was down 1.2 lbs!!!! I was very happy with that loss because I had lost 11.5 lbs. here at home the week before I went back to ww. So I new I wouldn't loose a lot this week. So next week I might loose more wt. than I did this week. Just as long as I loose something and not a gain!!! I'm feeling really good about what I'm doing to get the wt. back off and I'm not craving food. I'm also mixing up what I eat so I don't get tired of doing this. I got some more good ideas of things to fix from my ww friends today. Ted bought a bag of boneless chicken breasts at the store for me today and I'm going to cook some of them up and put in the Refrigerator To make meals out of for this week For us to eat. He also got me more fresh fruit that I can cut up to make a fresh fruit cup for breakfast!
Lucy, we are going to play Rummikub again today!!! I just love that game!!!

Hi again!
I had a CT scan this morning as well as a doctor visit. Everything turned out great.
After a quick lunch of veggie soup, I went to my friend's house, and she put a perm in for me and cut my hair. She has retired, and no longer has a spot in a shop. Her kitchen sink served the purpose pretty well!
Doris, I never learned to fasten a bra in the back either. Also, when I gained weight, I discovered they don't make 54AA. LOL!
Congratulations on the loss, Peggysue! You are doing so well. We're proud of you!
I think we're ready for the big storm.
See you tomorrow! ~~Mollyann

Congratulations on your loss Peggysue. DF came down and we played several rounds of Rumicub. We were about equal in wins.
Molly, glad you got a good report.
The sun came out and it got to 54. Pleasant, but not warm enough to work outside. I did check the camper and make sure it is OK for Old Man Winter this weekend. Located my drop light for my washer to protect the pump.

It is 7pm my time. I am ready to settle in for the evening and not sure if I am going with my friend tomorrow to her Dr appointment or not. Looks like a decent day. don't like to call her in the evenings so guess I will just wait to hear from her.
I do have a basket of white clothes to fold and have a load of darks in the washer. Do you still sort your clothes like that. I don't know if it is habit or just the way to do it anymore.

Phyl, good girl!
Yes, Connie, I still sort my clothes . . . darks, lights, reds. Sometimes I divide the lights into lights and whites.
Just received word this evening that the 48-year-old daughter of one of my friends from high school and church was found dead about noon today. She had not been ill, so an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause. She has two kids. One 19 and out of the house; one in early high school. Please pray for her parents and her kids.
Thanks! ~~Mollyann

This will be good night from here, I'm so tired tonight I had to get up way to early this morning because I started coughing in bed. When I got up my Sinus Passages where all stuffed up and that is why I was coughing. After setting a few minutes in my chair my head opened up and I stopped coughing. I was freezing in here while watching tv and I checked the Thermostat and it said it was 74° in the hallway but I turned it up to 75° and now I'm feeling warmer. Ted had the oven on in here making a pizza for himself and it was nice and toasted in here and then I went and sat in the tv room and got really cold. I did not eat any of his pizza!!! I had a tuna salad sandwich and some low fat cottage cheese and a serving of fruit for my supper. I will be staying away from pizza and pasta and chips!!! Too many carbs for my diet!!! Thanks Ladies you all know how hard it is to loose wt. My goal for this spring is keeping the wt. off I loose this winter and then loosing some more!!!
Phil, I'm glad you are finishing January!!!
I hope we all sleep good tonight!!!
Peggysue, Mo.
