I had to reset my kindle fire to the factory setting because it was running slowly. Now I have to login every time I chime to the boards. This is new, any suggestions?

Is there a "save this" button anywhere? Did the setting get changed by any chance on your browser to clear cookies Everytime you restart? itsrad

Okay I hope this works lmenglish I am not familiar with the Kindle fire operating system so I just googled. Try this. "Enable Cookies. Open the Silk Web browser from the home screen of the Kindle Fire. Tap the âMenuâ icon at the bottom of the screen to open the Settings screen for the browser. Tap the check box labeled âAccept Cookiesâ in the Saved Data section of the Settings screen to enable cookies."

No idea, but it does sound like a browser issue. I've never used a Kindle Fire.
Looking ti up, it appears if you go to Silk Settings, there is a whole list of things you can enable and disable including Remember Form Data and Remember Passwords.

I've tried these suggestions and really appreciate your help. They didn't work, so I'm going to reboot!

See if thereâs a little button hidden somewhere that says âkeep me logged inâ when you first sign in. If youâre using a small device screen, you might have to scroll. I know itâs on other sites but have to log in if I clear my cookies cache. I canât remember if itâs also on the login page for this forum though.
