cj59, I'm so happy you're doing well! The little goals are challenging for me too, I want it all off right now!! But I can't control the past or future I guess, just the plate in front of me. Good luck on finishing February strong! DotRen, Noom was crazy expensive, even with a major discount it cost the same as WW but there you get real meetings. Congratulations on avoiding the temptation! I haven't run into a single girl scout. That is sad that they can't take donations. If it were me, I'd take the donations, buy cookies with them, then drop them off at a food bank. Everyone wins. sunrose49, Hope your the wind stops so you can have your internet back! See you tomorrow! I am in Beck Review glow right now. Per Beck an extra 20 calories a day will add up to a 2 lb gain by the end of the year. Which means the reverse is also true! I'm in the middle of a very on plan day so I hope to rally till the end of the week. My scale wants to please me, it's probably feeling sad in the corner. Off to track my food! Good luck on you journeys!

Hello Everyone Hope you are all doing well today. I had the strong winds last night and today too, I'll be glad when it calms down. I went out and did some shopping today and managed not to buy too much junky food. I did buy some Easter candy - I love the candies for all the holidays . But I made sure to buy the ones that are in servings where I can have a few for a few points. This usually works pretty well for me. There are a lot of things I can eat a whole lot of at one time like cookies and chips, but candy is not one of them. At some point the sugar just makes you sick! I also bought some fast food for lunch, but made sure it could fit into my points today, with using a few of the weeklies. I'm just hoping eating these foods won't set me off on overeating, hopefully not.

Per CJ’s candy talk can I just say:
Cadbury Creme Egg = 4 PP vs 8 SP That’s why SP failed me. A life without Cadbury creme eggs is a life unfulfilled. A half-life.

Good morning
I love me some jellybeans. I pick one of each color and then eat them from least fav to most fav...but like cj the sugar does get to me. I also love the Cadbury eggs. The little ones with the hard shell....yum. Anyway have resisted so far.
Hope all you ladies are doing good. Off to walk while the sun is out.

I've always "allowed" myself a pack of peeps during Easter candy mania lol. It's more of a throwback to my childhood than because I like them.

Son went to urgent care this morning for his cough and ear pain. He has an ear infection (I don't think he's had one since he was 6 or 7!) and the cough is just an upper respiratory thing going around. So antibiotics and decongestants for the ear. On the other side, Murray's skin is staying cleared up. My son and my adopted furry son lol

Hello Everyone
DotRen - I hope the medicine will help your son, I'm sure he's feeling bad. I'm glad to hear that Murray is doing well.
Was that me yesterday that said you can only eat so much candy, well I was wrong about that I didn't eat the whole bag (Dove small chocolate eggs) last night, but I ate a bunch and then was disgusted with myself. I wish I was strong enough to throw them out, but I'm not. I am going to see if I can do better at limiting them.
I really don't want to live life where I can't have a few pieces of chocolate if I want it, but I also don't want to live a life where I'm gorging myself on candy/food because I've tried to stay away from it. I need to find the balance
Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

Good morning! DotRen, Saving the world again, I see. Sorry about your son's ear infection, but glad to hear that Murray is doing well. cj59, Cracking me up! Good luck trying to find the balance! sunrose49, Great job! Enjoy that sun! My app search has come to an end! I gave calories a shot for a couple weeks, and while I enjoyed it, I really need those free fruits and veggies to be successful. So, I decided to give iTrackBites a go since I miss the little community on Ultimate Food Value Diary. It is like double the price (or triple normally, but I got a good deal), but it's on par with many other apps. I'm actually impressed with the secondary metrics (calories or macros) and can I just say how much I LOVE that it tells you what plans everyone is on! I know a lot of people are on Momentum and PointsPlus, but I still feel like an outsider sometimes. On there it seems pretty even, so it feels more like a team... I could be projecting a lot onto the app, but I am happy with my purchase. And so far so good! I hope you all are having a Wonderful Wednesday! Good luck on your weight loss journeys!

Good morning
Hope everyone is doing well on their programs. I had a so, so day yesterday. Went to my friend's house for dinner and doggie play date. It was really nice.
The sun is out so I'll get out for some walks.

Good morning! Weight loss journey is going fabulous! I have to thank all the wonderful people on this board and my new app. I'm feeling like I'm starting fresh! We went out for dinner last night at a Mexican food restaurant because DH was excited that kids ate free. The kids menus were all American food They ended up eating our food and not touching their kids plates. Helped on points though! And we're happy that we know not to go there again. I hope you all are doing well on your plans!

Good morning! Well everyone is on the mend but now I have an annoying cough lol. Figures! cj59, so right about the chocolate! Even though I keep my carbs low, there's always room for a Dove promise if I want one irisinnia, I tracked both because I was finding that I was having a hard time even getting over 1000 calories if I didn't pay attention on strictly WW. About the only time I did was when I'd make a bean based dish, because I love beans and could eat them nearly every meal lol. sunrose49, WTG on the step goals! Hoping the sun makes an appearance today and especially tomorrow: I want to go back to the farmers market and get more eggs and carrots and beet greens lol. The guy who had the beet greens told me he usually ends up throwing them out because no one knows how good and vitamin packed they are
