Good Morning Healthy Hearts, Molly, I am so glad DH was at home when he fell. So glad he got to the ER and has a pacemaker now. Prayers for him and Kathie's Jim who also fell out of bed.
Kathie, I love my pink blanket with the red cardinal and a Valentine in his mouth.
Jenny, it is good to have you back. My Daffodils are up several inches tall. It won't be long till I get to see blooms.
Now we need a pop in from Linda.
53 to 61, fog but not as much as yesterday. A warm spell for a few days. Could see 75 Monday! February. Gotta tease us. By Friday we have a chance for snow.
I have not heard if the groundhog saw his shadow.
My only plans are to do some laundry. Then a little house cleaning. The key word is little.
Coffee coffee. I need more coffee. Have a great day and weekend all. KEEP GOING LUCY

Good morning!
It was 52Âş when we went to breakfast this morning. Amazing! It's supposed to stay this way for a few days. Then it will get colder, but maybe not as cold as before. The pain injection works well for me! My back feels great. My cheeks are rosy red, I am a bit shaky and my blood sugar is up a bit this morning. These are all normal effects of the steroid and should go away in a few days. Well worth ten weeks of pain relief.
So sorry the guys fell out of bed! Any lasting effects? Prayers that there are none.
I love daffodils! I used to have a bed of them at our old house, and the new owners did not want me to take any bulbs when we moved. I wish I had some now! Those and the crocus are such lovely things to see at the end of winter. Oh, and the irises!
Be happy today! Diane

Good Morning Lucy and Happy Hearts,
This morning it was cloudy and 41Âş (feels like 35Âş) and our high is to be 49Âş and cloudy with patchy drizzle and winds SSW 10-20 mph.
It’s a gloomy day and it looks like more of the same for tomorrow but a bit warmer. I know it won’t last more than a few days and it will be colder again.
We hope to see what we can do about getting a car to drive but I don’t know if we can do anything today. I want to put it on one of my accounts, but I can’t remember the pin number and will have to wait for a written reply from them in order to reset it. It wasn’t in the mail yesterday so we’re hoping it will be today.
Yesterday I read a Nancy Drew mystery, something I haven’t done in many years. DSis and I would go to the library and I would always come home with a Nancy Drew book. This one is titled The Sign of he Twisted Candles by Carolyn Keene and it was really good and held my interest all the way to the end. MJ has been reading a lot of these kinds of books over again too and is enjoying them.
Aunty Acid – Sat & Sun Feb 2-3: Shhhhhhhhh! Can you hear that? Yep, it’s my beautiful, soft, warm bed calling my name. I really must go see what it wants. Good night.

Thousands of people gathered Saturday at Gobbler's Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, to watch a famous groundhog deliver his highly anticipated forecast.
Punxsutawney Phil emerged from his burrow around 7:30 a.m. ET and did not see his shadow, predicting an early spring for us all.
"Faithful followers, there is no shadow of me and a beautiful spring it shall be," a member of Phil's Inner Circle read from the groundhog's prediction scroll to the cheers and applause from the crowd.
The celebration of Groundhog Day began with the Germans, Pennsylvania's earliest settlers. They brought with them the legend of Candlemas Day, which states "For as the sun shines on Candlemas day, so far will the snow swirl in May...". The settlers found that groundhogs were plentiful and were the most intelligent and sensible animal to carry on the legend of Candlemas Day.
Punxsutawney Phil was named after King Phillip. Prior to being called Phil, he was called Br’er Groundhog.

Oh No, so sorry about the guys falling out of bed. That is scary and then a pace maker put in right away. whew!! My neighbor had to have that done after a really bad bout of intestinal flu and he is doing really well. Probably good that it happened then as he was already in hospital. Ask all the questions you need to and have someone else with you that will also ask some. We get so nervous that sometimes we ask the questions and then can't concentrate on the answers.
My road is bare and the driveway almost is. My Check Tire Air pressure light is on and that is always the case with temps fluctuating. I have a Honda and it is the only thing I don't like about it. My DSIL will do that for me but it is not a worry. Not going anywhere today anyway and will see if he can do it after my color on Monday. He is on midnights this week again. 38 degrees today and sunshine is awesome, the sky not as blue but no clouds.
I had to unplug my sweeper and that is a pain. But working fine now. I want a new sweeper so bad!! One of these days. have never liked this Bissell. Not very good on kitty hair or liter pebbles. must check some new ones out. going to check with DGD and the new one she just got, she has 3 cats and one with very long hair.
Well Mickey Mouse the most wonderful person to have a birthday this month is my Brother, he is 4 years younger than me and talk to him all the time but he lives in California and I wish he were closer. Bout as far away as he can get.
