And I'm about to brush my teeth, walk Charlie and head to the gym After that will be a nap before heading out for the first half of the Green Bay game and lunch with a friend. This cold really stinks but I can't let it slow me down. Enjoy sleeping in June.

Good morning,
I made a list of 0- and 1-point snacks, hoping to be more conscious in that department. Tons of grading today!
A good Sunday to all.

Good morning, all!
Today's agenda: quick trip to ShopRite, 10 AM run to the mall, then Sunday Steak Dinner, football, and relaxation.
WHAT: One week left until the Christmas holiday weekend. Plans for KressMess Eve are still nebulous. Toots & I know what we're doing on Christmas Day (Longwood Gardens Christmas display). Monday 12/26 was always Boxing Day for me (church musicians do NOT have traditional Christmas Eve/Day celebrations) but now it will be an ADDITIONAL blessed Day Off and not "recovery day". The minefield of Christmas goodies looms...
HOW: I've had a healthy bkfst and we have a PLAN for mid-day dinner and light supper. I will work ahead on plans for Friday and the weekend meals that will be from my own kitchen.
Have a healthy-eating day, all!

Good Morning,
Going to get a walk in before heading to church. My favorite 4 year old friend is coming home with me after church and spending the afternoon with me while her mom studies for the praxis. She loves coming to my house. I have some fun little things planned for us and if she is still with me when it gets dark, I think we will ride around and look at Christmas lights.
I hope everyone has a great Sunday!

June, hope you enjoyed a good night of rest.
Susi, take care of yourself. Good for you not letting it get you down. Sometimes doing that makes you feel worse.
Tam, share some of your low point snack ideas.
Bee, Great job/plan!!
MJ, sounds like you have a good plan for the day. enjoy!

Day off, walked in the door at 12:45 am! Retail at this time of year can be tough. Most customers are very courteous and patient, but then there are those....bah humbug! Must do my grocery shopping today, gym is only open from noon-5 today but I will be there at some point. Looks like rain in the forecast. Everyone have a wonderful Sunday!

Good morning June Susi Tam Bee MJ LaDonna puggy and AWF. It's a balmy 40 degrees here and raining on and off. A lot of our snow from yesterday will probably melt away. It does look 'messy' out there. Puggy at one time I worked in retail and I agree...some people were very happy and others were hard to work with.
Ah LaDonna, have fun with your 4 yr old friend. How nice to take her so mom can study.
MJ great that you have your awareness glasses on. It's always nice to have control over meals from your own kitchen.
Yeah Bee on a good day yesterday. I know you can and will repeat the process today. Me too!
Tam that's something that I should do...make a list of those low point snacks. Good job!
Susi enjoy your walk lunch and game. Sounds like a fun day planned.
Sweet dreams, June.
Today I'll KOKO. Depending on the rain I may venture out later. If not, I'll just crank up the music here and MOVE to the beat.
Happy Sunday, all.

Goood morning.....
I did sleep later, then I had to start my kitchen duties for today's family gathering. Lasagna is the main entree, so I made a two versions of Tuscan white bean soup w/ boneless, chicken breast. On is low sodium & has no spinach, so that I can freeze leftovers for my parents. dDad has to watch sodium & Vitamin K.
Just had a high protein breakfast, b/c I was starting to nibble on the stained glass cookies. I one serving is enough.

Susi- enjoy your outing! Fans at stadiums throughout much of the nation need to be part polar bear today!
Bee j- good for you! Feels great to have a solid day behind you that inspires you to want to repeat the experience today! Will follow your lead for the rest of the day.
Ann- hope that the weather lets you venture out and about. Great that you can find fun ways to burn calories inside. DO you have any programs on your Wii?
Mj- musicians do have different holiday schedules, don't they? I always think of policemen, firemen, nurses, gas station, airline workers, TV newscasters, professional, 911 operators, EMTs, athletes, & others associated w/ services that are furnished regardless of the day, but never about musicians. Will add them to my thankful prayers on the holiday. Good idea to hold onto your routine as much as possible.
LADonna- how was the party? Good job getting in your walk even though it was humid.
Tammary- super idea! Munching while grading is an easy trap in which to fall. I was just putting a list together for my SIL. Maybe we should compare lists when you have time.
SChpuggy- I try to be extra nice and considerate of retail workers this time of year. Customers just let themselves get toooooo overwhelmed and tooooo tired. Doesn't not bring out their sunnier natures. Worked retail and or fast food for some of my college years. It's not easy this time of year. Hope that your next few days pass quickly! Enjoy your gym time and day off.

LaDonna warm and muggy LOL. Here it's up to 42 but definitely not warm and muggy. I must say that our snow is melting. Hopefully the temps won't go below freezing as then it'll be quite slick out there.
June I have a few games and bowling and a dance video on my wii. I hardly ever use them, though. I like to just 'wing it' with the exercise.
Time for me to unplug and get a move on. Hope everyone enjoys a great healthy eating Sunday.
Ciao
