Karen, 85 and 86 doesn't sound like fun to me either! I think you'll enjoy the Matt Smith episodes, although he probably won't bump #9 and #10 from your favorites list. I especially liked the episodes with River. I think DS got the Deal a Meal cards on eBay, but I still have his Move a Meal somewhere around here. That was a plastic contraption that had little windows over each portion. You closed the windows as you used up the portions. His website is still selling it, believe it or not! Your Fuhrman program sounds good.

Chele My cousin did have a good sendoff.I'm no longer comfortable with the structure.I have never been a member of a Catholic church but have been to a couple of Masses.Since becoming a Baptist I no longer like the strict structure of the Lutheran Church either.I like going to a small church where there is some structure but the feeling of a close knit church family.I hope your nose stops dripping and enjoy your potato soup.
Linda MFP is My Fitness Pal.It's just another calorie tracking app like Spark People or Lose It.My back would be complaining too if I did that.I hope you aren't too sore.I don't remember the Teddy Bears picnic but I do remember the old western ones.Scooter loves socks as long as she can steal it.Once she has it unless we take it away from her she seems to lose interest. When she was younger she loved playing with socks.Pretty picture.
Liz My nose was running yesterday after I walked outside too.I get emails from WW it seems like every day during the week. Thanks for the compliment. It is definitely harder trying to maintain than it was to lose it in the first place.Sometimes eating like this for the rest of my life seems undoable but I know I have to do it.
Kathy This is only my 3rd day on PP.It was the plan WW was using when I first joined online only.I lost a lot of weight from it but I also lost quite a bit from SP.FS is definitely not for me.I'm not trying to lose as much as I'm just trying to maintain what I have lost.So far I like it and you can set in your profile on ITB to use decimals or just tracking regular PP points.Right now I'm trying with decimals. While some foods may have a few more tenths of a point some are lower and it seems to balance out.You don't get as many fit points with PP as SP but I never use them anyway.I do like the 49 weekly points in PP.I did the Deal A Meal years ago and I guess it didn't work for me b/c I didn't do it long.I didn't know it was still being sold. It's 58 here and sunny but there's quite a wind blowing too.

Kathy, I remember the first time I read Richard's initial book. I would go out for dinner and subconsciously found myself looking around to be sure he wasn't peeking around a corner looking at what I was eating. I also remember his YRU FAT license plate. I was living on a meager paramedic's salary back then, so I made my own Deal A Meal cards. I'm surprised he doesn't have a Move-A-Meal app. Maybe you need to create one and sell it to him after you retire. I know Richard is getting older like the rest of us, but from the look of his website, he's still stuck in the 80s.

Karen I'm glad the tooth isn't hurting.I hope the dentist can work you in soon.I didn't exercise the first year on WW because I was so heavy.Since then I have found it takes both diet and exercise and to maintain I have to keep exercising as well.I'm hoping the wind will calm down a little so I can walk.I have done 25 minutes on the bike so far.Kenneth said it's windy but I may bundle up and go for a short walk anyway.I know what the Lutherans mean about the holy Catholic church and I tried explaining that to my DM but she still wouldn't say it and she came from the Episcopal Church before she married my dad and joined the Lutheran Church.I don't have anything against the Catholic church.I wasn't raised in one so it doesn't matter to me one way or the other if they changed the Apostles Creed.
WW still has weigh-ins but they won't everyone tracking on their smartphone apps now so you can get wellness wins for tracking every meal, weighing in and activity. Then you can cash them in for their little gifts they offer.I donated mine to a poor family for a week of food. There surely wasn't anything I wanted to cash my wins in on.I hope you are healed by spring too.
We went to church, came home to eat and emptied trash cans and litter boxes for pickup day tomorrow.Scooter tried to get out past Kenneth before we left. She hasn't done that in over a week but I guess with the wind and with us going somewhere every day this last week she wanted us to stay home.

Yes that is the almond tree last year, it is opening rapidly now. The restaurant is Roy's Pacific Rim, a chain, $$$, but some Mondays they do three courses off the regular menue for $39 a person! We have done Fleming's fir New Year timeand anniversary lately..also with a special you learn about and know to ask fir if you are on their email list..
Got myself out to the east side of the house for the rest of the weeds in the river rock.I sat on a cushion digging them out, getting more dirt next to the foundation so the water would not collect, and straightening out the rocks never put back right after three different things workers did there. I have another half side of house to work on rocks yet...about 15 feet in the back. Then walked dog.
I dragged dh with me to heft the dog food cases, and only could get one because Petsmart has to check the can bottoms for the recall before stocking. I had those numbers two weeks ago!
We dropped books to get credit at bookstore, moved on to bank to out money on the prepaid debit cards (thief can only get what is on it and no connection to bank account if store is hacked). I like not using credit or checks or carrying a lot of cash since I do a lot of the shopping.DH has trouble with inherited tremor signing stuff.
Then it was grocery store and pick up whateverbooks they rejected, which has door to Wildflower cafe and bakery, so we got fresh ciabatta and a pastry each for coffee at home. phew.
Making Kings Ranch chicken casserole for supper...trying it. tortillas, rotell tomatoes, peppers, chilis (which i leave out) cumin, garlic, onions, but if low fat cream cheese and cooked chicken. I can reheat it later with the shredded Mexican cheese on top.
