I'm IN.
And heading for fasting bloodwork after the MHMR - hence, the "testy" in the title.
Fortunately, black coffee is permitted... ☕️☕️☕️...
☀️🌤⛅️🌥☁️🌥⛅️🌤☀️ Have a healthy-eating day, all! ☀️🌤⛅️🌥☁️🌥⛅️🌤☀️

Morning all, thanks for the kick-off MJ!
I am in! 2 days of pressure washing is now in the books. ✔️ For which I took 85 million fitpoints (joking!)
Have a great day everyone! ☕️☕️☕️

Morning all. I'm in.
Sunny, cold and far less windy. The wind gusts yesterday were absolutely wild - glad that's over with. Our mailbox was pulled out of the ground and we lost a few large tree limbs but, thankfully no downed trees or loss of power. Twenty minutes away, DB lost power and two huge trees. Silver linings - after picking up the yard today, we'll have plenty of kindling for the fire pit. A typical Tuesday on tap and white chili for dinner.
Have a great day everyone!

Same here - sunny, cold and down to breezy. I need repair minor work to a couple of fences and the tiki thatch will need to be replaced in the spring but otherwise this has not been a terrible winter.

Good morning, all! I'm in too. It's foggy and rainy but temps in the 50s so not too extreme. doordie50, wow, that's some wind to pull out your mailbox. Glad you didn't lose any trees and got a new supply of wood kindling. No plans for dinner yet. I think meatballs and spaghetti might be on the menu. Have a good day, y'all.

linda72 , it was a surprise since it was newly installed last Spring and the post was set in concrete.
wow - I just noticed my neighbor's house across the street has a lot of their vinyl siding missing and the ridge line on their roof has been peeled back by a third. Thank God for Homeowners' right?

diva49, I'll be heading to our local phlebotomist later this week. I know how tough those fasting tests are. I'm so hungry in the morning. Luckily we can schedule appointments for early in the morning. My husband's home sick again. All else is well.

Good morning. I'm in. We are having a level 2 storm and the wind overnight was horrendous; I kept hearing the patio furniture rocking and moving all night long. Very little rain though; that's coming later this afternoon. jamescat1, I hope you're getting some of this. DebDoesWW, I totally agree on your FitPoints assessment. After all, if sat fat costs a zillion points, then activity should earn a zillion FitPoints! Logical, right? I spent most of yesterday with an installer getting new window coverings for five windows. One honeycomb blind had to go back, and another has to be replaced due to a missing magnetic component. The coverings on the front windows are powered, and it seems the installer didn't get the programming done correctly. Hunger-Douglas sent me a link to an installation document, and I'm at a loss to see how anyone would easily understand how to carry out the procedures. Also, the guide in Adobe Flash format on their web site instead of in a PDF file which makes it extremely difficult to use, and it is not possible to increase the font size to make it more readable. As a retired technical writer this makes me rather angry. I will soon have breakfast, and then lunch will be my last meal for 48 hours. The serious colonoscopy prep begins at 2 PM today. I am so (NOT) looking forward to that. I'll be glad when I get on the other side of the endo/colo journey on Thursday. I hope everyone stays warm and safe. KOKO

Luckily we can schedule appointments for early in the morning. The earliest that I can get to LabCorp is 9:15 AM - they open at 7 and I am up at 5-5:30 but have family obligations until 9 AM. Fortunately they are quick, even for walk-ins. So I'm all done, have my Despicable Me 2 bandaid (yes, I requested it!), and am sitting here with my sort-of-brunch-ish meal.

Late but here.
Costco run today. Still cold, but a lot less windy.
Skipped the Y today. So far, I am liking those machines. Try to do a little more each time. Achey afterwards but I suppose that is to be expected. The trainer said not to do two days in a row, at least in the beginning. That works for me.
That's about it.
KOKO.
