June Great goals.
Bee I'm glad there is no pain and I hope you don't have to wear the patch for long.Prayers for good results from the biopsy.P
We will be eating lunch out tomorrow but I will eat only half of the marinated chicken breast and my sides will be green beans and cooked carrots.I can still remain OP and within calories that way.Other plans/goals is to drink my water and exercise.
Have a great Wednesday everyone.

June, sounds like a great day planned. Bee, so happy you have no pain. Becky, enjoy your lunch. I’ll see how I feel about going to the coffee. It’s so close and I defrosted cookies I made a week ago so I have something to bring. Rachel and her family are coming for dinner but I’ve moved the breakables in the family room. Henry is active at 16 months. DH will grill tilapia and I’ll make Green beans salad and rice pilaf. There are several dessert choices. I am doing something unusual for tomorrow night’s dinner. There is a lady on Facebook from Fresno named Hey Girl. Hye means Armenian in Armenian. Every week she cooks a dinner for four Including entrée side salad and dessert. She takes orders for the week and the pick up day is Wednesdays. This weeks entrée is moussaka and so I will get it from her today at three and then reheat it Thursday for dinner. She lives just a few miles from where I live. I will let you know what I think. Her photos are very appealing.

Today I will:
* wear a ring to remind me that I will be moderate in eating and drinking (it is Wednesday) * think before I eat * focus on friends not food * not bring home any of the lemon bars I made to take to the event
I skimmed through the posts yesterday.
I sent positive thoughts to all of you. I saw some are dealing with health issues and sent healing health thoughts your way as I read your names I am looking forward to today
I am so thankful that this group is so supportive!
Today is a new day and I am embracing it and what it brings my way!

Temps will be in the 20s today, with very light winds. Cloudy; snow showers are expected at some point before Thursday morning. <meh>.
DivaTaxi & MHMR as usual, then ShopRite. Then some paper sorting (there's SO MUCH stuff coming in now, and I want to create folders/files for each of us). Then Not Much, although the Kressling was expecting to be back 😍
The Kressling was here last night for dinner and trombone practice. Fortunately, the baby back ribs were stretchable.
Must have coffee... ☕️☕️☕️... and get started on the day.
🌥☁️🌥☁️🌥☁️🌥☁️🌥 Have a healthy-eating day, all! 🌥☁️🌥☁️🌥☁️🌥☁️🌥

Good morning all. I slept in and that felt really good. Today the roofer should come to put the shingles back on. I do have a few errands to run at WalMart and Tractor Supply where we get LuLa's food. Other than that? KOKO for me...following GHG's and just simply being aware. That's about all I can handle LOL. Take care, all

Bee j Am glad that your eye does not hurt or itch. Am trying to imagine wearing a eye patch. Would be an adjustment for sure. Good that you can keep that eye protected and let the biopsies sites heal.
Audrey Oh, that sounds like such an interesting way to get "take out." Loozing forward to hearing about your experience. Ha ha ha... I can almost picture an active Henry "on the loose." Yes, putting up fragile items is the best course. Enjoy your family dinner.
Becky It's nice when various chicken and/or fish is on the menu. Your meal will be "doable" on plan andthat helps! When I attended the shower, I was happy to see the seasoned roasted chicken and mixed squash medley.
Cathy That's a very creative strategy for staying mindful at a social gathering. Do you have a ring or two that you really like? Last week I wore a Cinnabar pendant and ring that my dad had silversmithed for my mom. Although I no longer wear suits & dresses to the classroom, I am trying to wear some of my jewelry for sentimental reasons. (Cinnabar is a stone that has red, orange, black, and gray colors. I wore a simple all black outfit to showcase the pieces).

Mj Your GDS surely loves spending time w/ you and Toots. Oh my goodness, you are probably swamped w/ paper right now. My sister has a small, portable copier that looks like a bar and she stores her paper digitally. Isthat something that you might like? Hope that you find great buys at ShoRite.
Susi Nice that you got all that accomplished before work! See ya later alligator.
Ann Ha ha ha... That really is enough to handle. Am also off to a slow start myself, because I decided to finish reading a book before doing anything else. Bet roofers across the storm region have had lots of calls. We really have had some crazy weather this winter.
waving hi to LanDonna andPam.

Cathy Great goals for today.
MJ I hope you get your grocery shopping in and I can imagine how much paper must be coming in now.Enjoy your not much day.
Susi You always get so much done before work.Good luck at WI.
Ann I'm glad you could sleep in this morning.I need to go to Walmart also.We go to Tractor Supply sometimes but we don't get Scooter's food there. That is more than enough for you to handle today.Hopefully the roofers will get your shingles back on.
June This has even been a crazy winter for us.It may get up to 78 today but expecting a cold front in tonight so cooler tomorrow, back in the 70's Friday and then another cold front through next Tuesday.
Have a great day everyone.

Enjoy the bubble bath June and whatever you plan for dinner. The jewelry your dad made sounds beautiful! Wear it with joy and pride! Mornings are when I get the most accomplished! Bee - Glad you are having no pain. Hopefully you won't need the patch for long. Good plan for lunch out Becky. Audrey - I went on her FB page. Looks very interesting! Can't wait to see what you think. Enjoy dinner tonight as well. Good plan Cathy. Good to have an anchor to remind you. It's so nice that he wants to spend so much time with you and Toots, MJ. I can only imagine the paperwork. I have gotten a FLOOD since I signed up for Medicare and I'm still 5 years away from giving up my current benefits. Ann, that's enough to handle right now. Hope they get the roof fixed soon.

Thinking of Bee today. Hoping the eye doctor cand find relief. Continuing to be willing to be willing and aware and get in my liquids.
Sunny and blue skies here, but chilly temps. I’ll continue to track and to aim for blue. Hope everyone has a good Wednesday.
