i start over today after spending a few days eating Cheetoes. I am going to WW today. Last time i went was March 6. That was my highest weight ever. i hope I do not gain today. I am doing online. But I have some vouchers that will enable me to go once a month. i just plan to weigh and then go home with the cab. Leaving at 8am. The meeting starts at 8am but there is such a long line of those to weigh at 8am. I hope by 810 it will die down. The cab couldn't pick me up before 745am. So i chose to leave at 8 and not stay once I get there.

I’m a sugar addict. I didn’t want to do Keto or anything like that so came back to WW... I follow my points but I just can’t have even the low fat low sugar snacks like ghram crackers—I’ll want more than a serving.... fruit dont do it for me always...I was thinking about cutting all the snacks out but then I’ll set my sight on something bad. Any ideas? Anyone got a go to snack? I want to curb my sugar cravings.

Amy, the weather has been so crazy. Doing the program online for now is probably a good idea.
Rozie, I am able to limit my sweets. I usually have one after lunch and dinner. I cannot have candy in the house though. I usually have sugar free jello or pudding.

Hello Everyone - and welcome to the new posters I've had some good days and some bad days this week, so I just have to keep moving forward. I'm not feeling strong and motivated, but not completely giving in either - hopefully I'll get back on track soon. I've found that all the work I'm doing in my house is taking all my focus and eating right and exercising takes most of focus too, so something had to give. I give people a lot of credit who can stay on track when major things are going on in their lives. Wishing you all success on your plans and I hope you are enjoying your weekend.

Happy St. Patrick's day everyone. Add me to the list of people who don't do well juggling it all.
I've been doing some food prep today to help get through what's going to be a very busy week. Plus I'd rather use my lunch break for a little down time or a walk then driving somewhere for fast food that is not on plan.

Hello Everyone Happy St. Patrick's Day - hope you all had a great day. It helps to hear that others have trouble focusing on eating right when life is hectic or busy. I really wish I could find the balance in just learning to eat what I consider to be normally without having to concentrate on it so much. When I get to that point, it starts to feel like a "job" to me and I get tired of it very quickly. I hope I can get back to the point where I was planning out my meals so I didn't have to spend so much time thinking about food. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans and we all have a good week ahead.

Good morning. I lost 3 pounds my first week. The work days are pretty easy, it's the at home time that gets rough. I still can't wrap my head around zero point foods, they scare me a little..lol I hope you are all having a great week so far

Hello Everyone gmom - Congratulations on the great loss, sounds like you're off to a good start. sunrose - Hope you had a safe trip home and that you can get to your other plans soon. DotRen - Hope you enjoyed the lazy weekend, we all need some of those sometimes. Hope everyone else checking in is doing well on their plans and in their lives too! I feel like a fraud coming here to post sometimes. cj59, please don't feel that way, but I totally understand. I do too at times. All we can do is keep trying. I love when all of us share what is going on. It is a struggle for sure.
My niece sent me flowers/candy for watching her dogs. So sweet of her. I have been having 2 pieces of candy each day. I broke my candy fast for Lent. All I can do is keep trying to get this thing right.
