Hi all. Still putzing around online so thought I'd get us started for Friday.
Friday is the beginning of my week. I plan on walking (weather permitting) outside or if it's cold/raining I'll hit Market Basket which is a HUGE supermarket.
I have plenty of produce that I picked up yesterday and I have my soup that I made the other day to keep me 'healthy'
Hopefully this week will be less stressful.
Sleep well, all!

Ann, June and everyone else have a wonderful weekend.
The party was packed with people and the antique dealers were all doing well. I was upset because I was down to work a 2-4 shift and that is when I was supposed to be shopping and having lunch with my friend, 12-4 She is the one with depression and other issues at home. No one ever called me and I said I would do mornings only. A friend volunteered to fill in for me and that was so kind of her. I have known her since I moved to Fresno. Then I saw my china was priced at $250 and I said the lowest price was $300. I am going to take it home late Saturday or early Sunday because I don't want them to mark it half price from that. I would much rather donate it to Assistance League so the money could go toward Target gift cards to clothe needy children. I had no wine, only water, and chose filling appetizers and then ate an apple at home later in the evening. Today I will take Lily Belle on another good walk, do some laundry and take my girlfriend out for a day of fun. Dinner with DH will be at Pismo's Coastal Grill. Happy Friday.

After the two days off program yesterday proved to be a "hungry" day so I ate when hungry and was over points but aware of what I was doing and mindful. The scale IS up but I know why and I know by being back OP it will go down again. I had the overnight oats ready to eat, tracked them online and in my paper journal and am at 6 points so far today.
Today I can/will: * track every BLT on paper and online * Walk one more lap than I did yesterday * buy produce so there are healthy foods in the house to eat (maybe prep some for quick snacks)
* go with hubby to see if the pressure cooker gasket is there so I can cook dry beans more quickly * grocery shop for essentials * get a fruit or veg in at every meal * hydrate
* tidy the kitchen so I will want to cook healthy meals in there

Audrey Bravo! You had a clear plan in place and kept away from the higher calorie snacks and drink.
Sounds like you just met one frustration after another regarding the antique sale. How kind of your friend to volunteer to fill your slot so that you do not have to cancel your plans or leave the booth shorthanded.
Enjoy your day!
Cathy Great plan to have a healthy, tasty breakfast all ready for the morning! Your goals for today are guaranteed to set you up for.n OP day. Don't we know how those "hungry" days can be. The good news is that you stayed aware and were very close to target points. Ha ha ha... the kitchen and grocery store really are where weight management begin. You cannot eat what you do not have.

Today will be an easier one for me. Only 1 class & an eye examination. Will let Cathy's thoughtful plans to stage her kitchen for success inspire me. After me second cup of tea, I will make myself some oats w/ blueberries. Then I will shape up the rest of my menu.
Have a super start to your Friday!

It's 44* and may touch 50*, but with the rain continuing it won't feel like it at all.
DivaTaxi's done its morning run and MHMR is modified again. SonIL has the day off and will go on an interview (closer-to-home company) for 9 AM). Then he'll be back on duty for MousekeTWO, who spent a lot of yesterday drooping and sleeping (and nibbling and drinking). Toots is coming with me so MousekeTWO doesn't have to go out when I take the Mouseketeer to school. Then we're coming home to enjoy the merits of napping on a rainy day.
MissMouse didn't get home until after 8:30 last night (we were texting back and forth while I was at the presentation). The lecture was good and it will be on Township TV Ch35 and also on YouTube, so she can catch up - plus we both got free copies of the speaker's book (Amy Tiemann, PhD, from NC).
The WW workshop was good, but how many weeks in a row can we talk about our "WHY" and about working around/reframing unhelpful thoughts?!? Afterward, I picked up the Kressling's soccer gear ($86).
The Kressling's supposed to be here this evening for his last trombone session for the week. He has a soccer game at 2 PM tomorrow, and Toots & I are strongly considering going to Longwood Gardens on Sunday.
I just wish I could get warm this morning... coffee helps... βοΈβοΈβοΈ...
ππ§βοΈπ§ππ§βοΈπ§π Have a healthy-eating day, all! ππ§βοΈπ§ππ§βοΈπ§π

Good morning all. Got a good sleep in and feel great. Even the 'non tooth' isn't hurting LOL. Audrey I don't blame you for being upset with the china you donated. I would feel the same way and donate it to a place where they will get the most bang for the buck! Great job on sticking to water vs the vino Cathy enjoy your healthy breakfast. That's the beauty of the journal...you can look back to see if anything jumps out at you when you are following plan. Blips in the scale happen but we all know what needs to be done to turn it around. I know you will do it. Who knows why those extra hungry days happen. I used to think it was due to not having the healthy oils or enough protein, but sometimes that just isn't the case. Yeah June on the easier day Good luck with your eye examination. MJ I was freezing all day yesterday and switched to tea....and a heavy blanket. It helped. Today it's going to rain on and off here as well. I won't walk in this. Whether or not I go out, that will be decided after coffee Waving to Susi LaDonna Pam Becky and anyone else I may have missed.

Morning friends, I enjoyed my short time with Ms Jayleigh yesterday. We did end up with pizza and I did eat Tonight Randy and I are taking our dog to Petsmart for her grooming appt. We'll eat out somewhere while she's being pampered so I'm keeping my breakfast and lunch meals light. Got a low key weekend coming up and I'm thrilled Ann, we could not get it to stop raining here for such a long spell but now that pollen is covering everything we can't even get a small shower...go figure! Enjoy your day. I should make a pot of vege soup this weekend. June, sounds good that your Friday will be easier. hope the appt goes well. Audrey, sorry about the mixups at the auction. I don't blame you being put out about that situation. Hope you enjoy your dinner out. Cathy, I understand about those hungry days after the indul. days. Sounds like you' ve got the right plan to get back on track. MJ, I know you love Longwoods...you should totally go! Bee, great job, Lady! CBL

Hi Susi Hope you enjoy your day. LaDonna happy your enjoyed your visit with Jayleigh and your pizza Hope you and Randy enjoy your meal out. Wise to keep the breakfast and lunch on the light side. I do the same when we go out to eat or having something pointy for supper. I call that 'balancing' LOL. I'd gladly give you some of our rain! Miss LuLa didn't waste any time with Carl earlier as she 'did her thing'. No clue with these dogs that they don't like 'wet paws'. Luigi was the same way. We were going to go to New England Seafood for supper, but I'm not in the mood to eat out. Instead, we'll stay put (after a quick visit to Hannaford's) and have grilled cheese and tomato soup. I love that comfort food meal. Coffee is done and what little household chores I chose to do today are also complete. Will CBL
