Fall is here!! We have 14 days to New Years day. Two weeks is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

Good morning
Mo that is a good challenge for yourself!
I'll be happy if I just maintain. So unhappy with myself and my weight. I do pretty good all day until the evening. Last night I baked (store bought) apple pie. Had a slice with real ice cream. WTHeck Brenda! I never eat stuff like that. Of course the scale is up this morning.
I did do a weight workout yesterday. Today will be cardio.
