Finally...down 3.2 in the last two weeks. NOT doing Freestyle. Tracking and mostly doing South Beach.

susan092907, thanks Susan. Still struggling to get rid of the pounds I put on during Freestyle and trying to get back to goal. Still inspired by your ability to maintain since 2010. I was doing well maintaining until Freestyle.

I've paid more for help with diets and didn't succeed so I doubt that not wasting the money is much of an incentive! It's the right time now, that's all. Doing my best to recognize what I can do on my own and what I need help with, I guess. The trick is to keep going, no matter how rocky it gets. That's when I need to be stronger.

down 1.4 very surprised. Been a VERY stressful week and ate out 3 times unexpectedly but tried to choose well. Was not able to walk like usual.
