I love being grateful and finding so many reasons to smile. I'm also reflecting on what I did right yesterday.

Made it to a WW meeting and then had a delicious points friendly breakfast

I'm smiling today because I slept in and we're taking it easy today! Yay!

I just signed up for three months of meetings plus online. I'm going tomorrow bright and early. I fought SPs so hard but I'm addicted to sugar and maybe this will work. The saturated fat hit is annoying though.
We're going out to dinner with DD, DGD and DSIL tonight. Counted my SPs.
