Good morning,
Credit 1. Only eating when hungry 2. Eating more fruit and vegetables 3. Went miniture golfing to get some movement. Been sitting way to much 4. Not letting remodeling stress take over my mind
Gratitude 1. Remodeling still moving forward. 2. Hubby and I still doing well and not fighting during the past 3 1/2 months of madness and house full of workers. Lucky we get breaks from workers here and there which helps. 3. Grateful not gaining weight. Not losing but not gaining.

Marilynn: After this week of having people in the house I admire you for having people working in your house for so long. Glad your remodeling is coming alone.
Credit I got thought this week. I am overeating but I'm working on cutting back. The stress was rough. Will need self-care to heal from it. Grateful for my husband. He was wonderful this week taking care of everything.

Judy - what did you have done? As much as I love interior design. I would not recommend anyone to do this much all at same time.
Its been tence in here. Workers making mistakes which delay project.

Good Morning
Marilynn, I do not know how you can have workers for such a long time. I know I need to start a project but just want to wait. Credit for tracking, exercising and not letting this long plateau get me down. Gratitude to my family and friends, especially on line friends for all of your support.

Tammy-great job! You are doing wonderful
Jamescat- the up side is when finished we are done with inside major remodeling as long as we live here. Still have front yard landscape, house paint and new front porch but that's not as evasive as in the house. Maybe new windows but that's not a big issue for install. Nothing will compare to flooring, bathroom and kitchen remodel madness.
Its the whole house new baseboards and new flooring in all bedrooms, living room, dining room, family room and hall that's going to be the worse part of all of this. Packing up stuff. It's like moving. Install of baseboards is in about 4 weeks. Then flooring.
Everything should be done by end of March. Then daughter #1 is moving back home with her detection dog for about 2 months. She is having shoulder surgery April 6 and her landlord did not renew her condo rental lease.

Credit: Checking in and participating here at least 6 days a week. Made a big pot of 0 PP veggie soup and froze 3 quarts for mr. surfgirl, for when I'm away on work assignment. Soup tip: throw a couple of pieces of parmesan rinds to give a richness to the broth, then toss them once soup has cooled completely!
Gratitude: For friends, husband and you all.

Good evening all.
Credit: got back on track this past week and had a .6 lb loss at WI which is fine with me since the week before, when I didn't WI, I was up almost 3 lbs. In the past I haven't turned things around like this and now I've done it and know I can. New goal is to get back on track with the next meal, not the next week... Also, credit for hitting 10,000 steps today on my Fitbit and for going to yoga yesterday.
Gratitude: being able to spend time with my DS, DDIL, DGS, DB, DSIL and DNephew today. So much fun. Great conversation and I feel very restored. Grateful also for this group, my other group here which is Repeat Offenders (we've been together many years), and friends and family who make life worthwhile.
