No Excuses
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. If you give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN!

50. Gradually increase the amount of highÂ-fiber foods you eat. Don’t give up on fiber Ârich grains and produce if they give you gas or cause bloating. Fiber’s health benefits are many, including a reduced risk of colon cancer and constipation. Also, try a variety of fiber rich foods until you find some that do not cause digestive problems. And it’s important to drink plenty of water when increasing your fiber intake.
Comments? What are some of your favorite fiber rich foods?

I don't always think about this. I do buy the high fiber low-point bread and have a slice daily BUT need to work on more whole grains and fruit/veg, I think. Grain most often used is probably bulgur...maybe? Or, brown rice? or whole grain pasta? See...need to work on this

I think overall my diet is rich in fiber. I do pay attention to values when looking at products and recipes and the more, the better.
