Today the meeting, after a brief sales pitch, was about meditation, mindfulness, etc. fullmahina, our meeting yesterday was the same. Our leader had everyone look for "Monkey Mind with WW & Headspace" on the WW app and she encouraged everyone to try it this week. Some of the people didn't use the app so we had to help them find it.

those are the cutest Crock-Pots ever, I love that shade of blue I love that shade, too. Those are the discontinued CrockPots that daisy chain one to the next so that only a single outlet connection is needed. I believe up to six of them can be hooked together at one time. I have three but have never used more than two at a time. But I think I will find three recipes I want to make and go for it. The faster I prep the food for the construction time period the better! I made Pasta Ă© Fagioli in the InstantPot for lunch (and freezer). It is from the web site PressureLuck.com and is delicious.

zazzles the recent Skinnytaste turkey meatloaf was excellent but requires an oven Pilates was switched to Friday and that works for me. Instead I did a major shopping trip at our super Walmart and bought so many necessary and unnecessary items like lavender lemon tea. I also did a few other errands, had lunch with DH and now I will fold laundry and work on filling plastic Easter eggs before I go to the girls' open house for second and third grade granddaughters. DH is making TJ pasta with an arrabiata sauce I bought from the Italian deli and I will make salads before I leave for the open house. DD wants me to babysit what she called my favorite granddaughter, her cat Sophie who is 17 and last time had an intentional "accident"under the computer desk instead of in the litter box. Sophie and our George need to be in assisted living.

zazzles the recent Skinnytaste turkey meatloaf was excellent but requires an oven If this one doesn’t work out I’ll look at the Skinnytaste recipe. I still have a fully functional kitchen, so I’m, pre-cooking and freezing. Once I get the freezer stuffed, then I can start tearing down the kitchen at my leisure.

I'm in....finally. Woke up this morning with a fever and a splitting headache - so strange. I'm definitely improving in the back half of the day. Lentil soup and laundry tonight. The cats turned two today and celebrated their bdays by roughhousing and knocking over a plant. Thanks guys! fullmahina , congrats on the terrific WI today! zazzles , love those crock pots. jamescat1 , LOL Audrey you had me cracking up about Sophie
diva49, hope your current trainer sticks around. That's so frustrating.

@doordie I have known my daughter’s cat for 17 years. She will hiss when we pet her.

jamescat1 , you cracked me up with the assisted living comment. Missy turned 18 at the end of March. doordie50 , sorry you’ve fallen ill. Hope it is short-lived.
Meatloaf redux: that recipe was a total flop. Didn’t hold together, nor did it look like meatloaf. It kind of looked like what I felt it was—garbage…and that’s where it ended up. I will make a real meatloaf out of beef in the coming days.

Rachel brought Sophie over tonight and within 5 minutes George, who will be 17 in May, began wooing her with his lovely calls from the hallway. She is under a chair in a spare bedroom. Wait until he does it at dark o'thirty and it won't be so funny.
