DebDoesWW ,When I walk in the afternoon I seem to get extra tired.DH and I both slept through the 9:00 news(LOL)so we watched the 10:00 news.I slept through the smartphone alert but my Curves coach said she did the same thing.Kit Kat woke me up early this morning and it was then I heard the wind and rain. This injection was relatively pain free.He must have finally figured out where to put the injection.LOL.

Mike, what Lean Cuisines do you like? I'm sick of throwing away food & im seeing more frozen portioned entrees in my future. I don't like cooking for one, don't like leftovers, just seems to make sense for me.

zazzles I saw what was heading your way, you guys are going to get hammered, stay inside, be safe. Thanks, Deb.
I generally stay inside, and what trips I need to make are short ones nearby to my house.
My biggest risk is my swimming pool overflowing—and I know it does, but I've never figured out when it does or where the water goes because I never see it!

Mike, what Lean Cuisines do you like? I'm sick of throwing away food & im seeing more frozen portioned entrees in my future. I don't like cooking for one, don't like leftovers, just seems to make sense for me. Sulli, I bought a variety today:
Chicken Parmigiana (had that for lunch; enjoyed it) Meatloaf and mashed potatoes (having that for dinner) Swedish Meatballs Salisbury Steak with Macaroni & Cheese Herb Roasted Chicken Steak Poertabella
Strange that some of these still have PointsPlus values on the packages. But I'm counting NI/carbs so that matters not to me.
I also bought WW Turkey Sausage English Muffin sandwiches to fit into a few breakfasts this week.
I also like Lean Cuisine's Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli and their Lasagna with Meat Sauce.
Another option I keep some stock of in the freezer: Omaha Steaks. Their Filet Mignons are lean and reasonable and, despite being frozen, cook up into a fabulous entree.
I try to pair all of the lunches/dinners with large amounts of fresh veggies prepared in a low-calorie manner so that the entrees—skimpy for a man—satisfy me.
On Wednesday, a day when nothing is planned, I will make Hamburger Stroganoff (198 calories a serving) and Chicken Cordon Bleu (250 calories a serving) to fill in meals for the remainder of the week.
