DotRen - Thanks for the recipe link I'll probably go out this week on another rhubarb buying mission before it's too late to buy it Hope everyone is doing well on their plans. I'm getting in my steps, trying to get fruits, vegetables and dairy each day too.

Good morning
Sorry for being MIA.
cj59, I really love my WW Leader. To me it really does not feel like a typical WW meeting. She hits on so many things that make me think.
DotRen, yea on the cherry tomatoes! lol
I have lot 6.9 pounds in two weeks. I am eating more protein, have cut out sweets (a hard one for me) and drinking more waters. Also veggies with lunch/dinner. I hope to keep it going.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all enjoying your weekend sunrose - Congratulations on the loss, sounds like you are eating well. I need to work on cutting the sugar too. I hope you keep going too gerimawa - Good for you getting in your steps. I'm sure you'll see a loss on the scale in a few days I found some fresh strawberries and fresh rhubarb at a few local farms, so I froze most of it to eat later this year and then used some to make a Strawberry-Rhubarb sauce. I like to eat it with vanilla greek yogurt and also just on it's own - sometimes adding some cinnamon. I'm getting in my steps and trying to eat healthy, but feeling a bit defeated. I know I just have to keep pushing forward and eventually I'll be completely back on track.

Good morning.
Sounds like we are all hitting ups and downs. That's life. I had another good WI at WW, but last night I have pizza and bread knots. Ugh. Hang in there ladies. We can do this. ;-)

Hello Everyone It does sound we are all having our ups and downs. I guess the most important thing is to never give up. I've been trying something different - eating my larger meal earlier in the day. I haven't done this on purpose but it's just how it works out and with the hot weather, it feels better to eat lighter. I wonder if that will help me any, I guess I'll see. Hope everyone else is doing well in life and on your plans.

Chugging along. I somehow injured my left hand Sunday and it's still not working right. Nothing is broken, I think I hyperextended a ligament in my thumb. It's better today so far, I can close my hand and make a light fist, so the internal swelling is going down. I'll keep it braced for another few days and just use it lightly. Son said "gee mom, you weren't even playing a video game, so you can't call it gamers thumb" lol.
Hope you all are well!

Hello Everyone DotRen - I hope your hand is doing better soon, hopefully you are right handed - but I know that we never realize how much we use many of our body parts until one of them isn't working well. sunrose - Hope you enjoyed your walk. I'm doing fairly well I guess, just not feeling motivated, but not going crazy either Hope everyone else is doing well in life and on their plans.

Hello sunrose - Congrats on 20,000 steps and I'm glad you're enjoying your walks. DotRen - Glad to hear your hand is getting better, hope it continues to improve. I've been doing some meal planning and that is helping me to eat better. I do like deciding what I'll be having for the day instead of just figuring it out at the last minute, so I hope I can keep doing this. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans and that you are all having a great day!
