This challenge was created several years ago by people following the Weight watchers program. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Morning, positive e-pals!
Yes I DID: --make a "light" spinach quiche (and a heavy raspberry crumble..sigh...) for my friend's holiday party. Actually got more compliments on the quiche:) --enjoy camaraderie --get enough sleep (yay) although I did fall asleep in the recliner for awhile...
Yes I CAN: --get back on track --enjoy seeing The Arrival with pals (Rogue One is sold out today....lucky you, Natalie, seeing it twice?!) --continue letting OK be good enough (seems to be working, so far! WI was OK, status quo)
Be Well! Carol

Hello Sunday Canners,
Hope I got my uploaded photo right....?
Haven't done great on health today but I did finish the shopping for making Lasagna this week. That feels like an accomplishment.
YES, I AM... --rebooting tomorrow till the evening of the 24th. --remember that it's a holi"day" not a holi"week".
Sally: Hang in there. A wise man once said; "Watch your emotions come and go like honored guests". I have to tell myself--it's all happening perfectly. This life cannot be controlled, dang it.
Carol, Janet, and Nat: Stay strong and carry on.
Jan
