This message has been in my inbox each day this week. The offer includes a three month membership that includes e-tools and a weekly meeting for $7 and change. My location is a franchise owned WW, so this may only be in our Michigan market. That said, it is the first time in the nearly 35 years after I reached lifetime that I have been offered something because I am lifetime.
We get it! Sometimes life gets in the way of your long-term goals. But did you know that once you become a WW Lifetime member, you're always a Lifetime member?
You've successfully done this before. We invite you to attend workshops again and get back to your goal weight. Once you do, you get to attend FREE of charge and also get a complimentary subscription to our online tools, including our app.*
Remember that feeling of reaching your goals? Reclaim them!
View our studio locations and workshop times, and come back today with one of these fantastic offers: In Michigan, click here and enter your zip code. In Ontario, click here and enter your postal code. *Learn More About Your Lifetime member perks!

I guess the email assumes you are no longer at goal and yet again need to lose weight. If so, a monthly meeting for $7 is a good deal but wouldn't someone in weight loss mode want/need to go more often than once a month? I suppose this is to pull you in and have you pay as you go if you want to go to more meetings because of course you would want to go to meetings more than just monthly if you need to lose weight and want to get back to goal? Clever.

msu91 , unless WW has purchased back the Michigan and Northern Ontario, Canada franchises recently, those franchies are owned by Florine Mark. (About Florine Mark)
Most returning LT members come back on a Monthly Pass; however, many franchise locations don’t offer the Monthly Pass (unless that’s changed, too).

Fullmahina I think it's saying a weekly fee of $7 not a monthly fee. She can go each week.
I think it sounds like a relatively good deal but $28 a month isn't something I'd want to spend the money on with WW.

Oh wait a minute. Now I'm getting confused. Is it a monthly pass for 3 months for a one time fee of $7??

That's like getting the meetings for free because I get that same offer for digital membership only. But the offer I received doesn't include the meetings, just all the digital tools. Including Connect! Like that's a benefit.

I pay $8 a week, and lately I wonder if it's worth it. I really like the receptionist is part of the reason I keep going, she keeps encouraging me. If she left, I'm not sure I would continue.

finreporter: $7.24 per week for three months. This is a 50% savings. Oh then yeah. To me 28 a month is still not worth it. But I'm also not loving freestyle so that may be a big factor in me not seeing value in that price.

Keep in mind I also waste 18 a month on an online WW subscription that I no longer use so I'm not really one to talk!

And thanks for starting this thread! It reminded me I need to cancel so I just went on the app and did it. It was shockingly easy. Didn't used to be that easy to find the cancellation options.

$7.24 per week for three months. This is a 50% savings. Okay, sorry for the confusion. I got a three month deal for $29.98/month this time when I joined. If they are offering a membership at $7.24/week for three months, that comes out to over $31/month if my calculations are correct (weekly fee times 52, then divided by 12 to get monthly cost). They do these promotions all the time. Not really much of a bargain at all, just yet another come-on email from WW. So much for them reaching out to LT members and giving them something special. This was taken from their website today---gotta love the highlighted text (my highlighting---what other category would someone joining fall into??): "Offer Terms: Save 50% when you purchase select weight loss membership plans by 5/25/19 (11:59pm EST). Plans auto-renew at the end of the applicable plan period, and you will be charged monthly thereafter at the standard monthly fee until you cancel. Offer available to new and rejoining members only. Early termination fees may apply. For Workshop + Digital (formerly Meetings): Available in participating areas only." www.weightwatchers.com/us/?

Keep in mind I also waste 18 a month on an online WW subscription that I no longer use so I'm not really one to talk! This made me go check to see if what I said was correct because I don't remember paying more than $20 for an online subscription. Here is what I am seeing:
"Save 50% + get an extra $5 in savings when you purchase a 3-Month Digital membership plan by 5/25/19 (11:59pm EST). Plan auto-renews at the end of the applicable plan period, at the standard monthly rate, and you will be charged monthly thereafter until you cancel. Offer available to new and rejoining members only and plan must be purchased online. For Workshop + Digital: Available in participating areas only. Workshop and Digital starting at $6.77/week."
So I guess anybody and everybody is being offered that $7/week deal, not just lifetime members? Am I reading this right?

I wonder where I saw the $7 for digital only deal, cause that's no deal at all apparently.
ETA: I just looked again and the numbers are changing in front of my eyes. Digital only went from starting at $2.97 to $3.07. I'm not looking anymore. LOL
