Tuesday's goals Set up a schedule for myself, otherwise much of my time becomes "not my own." Track. Make healthy choices.

Great goals June. Are your classes finished for the year? Fresno Stateโs graduation was on the 17th. The public schools are out June 6th. My goals are to track, hydrate and move. I have a manicure at 10 and volunteer in Leoโs class. I have to find out the schedule for the last week to see if his teacher will need me. I had a good weekend getting caught up in the house but I have a lot of yard work. I want to dig up a huge old oregano plant and another herb that are old, huge and overgrown. I started doing this yesterday but was too tired bending over. It will be in the 70s so nice for outdoor work. Dinner is roast chicken with vegetables and salad. DH is picking squash daily. Have a good day.

After hosting the chicken bbq and having wine cheese a few crackers and a brownie I shall most definitely hit reset. It's supposed to rain pretty near all day so I shall house walk.

June,Audrey and Ann Great goals.
I will also track, hydrate and move.We will need to buy groceries and go to WM so I will probably do the recumbent bike because I should get enough walking for my knees.I need to do phone errands starting with my insurance company to see how much they will pay for my injections. If my part is too much I will just cancel my appointment and ask where I can pick up my x-rays.I will try not to stress eat while doing all this.

Had a nice weekend get away with Laken and a friend at Folly Beach, While I wasnt exactly op I did get in some great beach walks. I also read an entire book. How to Keep a Secret by Sarah Morgan. A beach read but enjoyable. Definitely back on the straight and narrow tomorrow. And back to work! It will be really busy as I missed Friday and today was a holiday. I'm not sure if I have mentioned this or not but Jayleigh's grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer several weeks back. Her surgery is Weds. Due to genetic testing she has decided to have the double and implants later. I may have Jayleigh some this week if they need my help. I hope everyone has had a nice holiday and start to the week.

Tuesday Iโll be accountable at my studio. The turkey dinner provided leftovers to enjoy and my turkey carcass soup is already simmering gently. Meals are planned and will be tracked. Iโm definitely aiming for blue. Wishing each of you a great day.

Today I will:
* Hydrate * Go to bed earlier than 2:30am * Have a fruit or veg at every meal * Divide the plate: 1/4 protein, 1/4 carb, 1/2 veg
Loved reading all of your comments of yesterday. I stayed up till after 2am finishing an unusual book then had trouble sleeping because a toenail was snagging on the sheets so had to get up, see why and fix the broken toenail...it will be a long day today since fixing the toenail happened after 3am.

Good morning all. It's not raining yet...but I'm sure it soon shall be. We do have a few errands to run...one of which is to go to the library. Other than that just another KOKO day.
Cathy so sorry that you had trouble sleeping. Perhaps a nap today is in order. Great goals.

61* now, forecast is for low-70*s with T-storms and strong storms coming in mid-morning and lasting all day. Toots has rehearsal tonight and I have some concerns about him being out in the weather.
DivaTaxi ran, and MHMR is on its new earlier time. Then LA-F for 10 AM, followed by a YM staff meeting at 11 AM. That may be quite enough for one day!
I didn't paint yesterday. We gardened and did some tidying/recycling in the basement. And relaxed.
Coffee's a good way to start the day... โโโ...
๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ Have a healthy-eating day, all. ๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ๐น๐ฟ
Posted the above, then went to take Son#1 to the train. Amazin'Grace's battery is deadDeadDEAD. Toots left a door open from last night's trip to ShopRite, so almost 12 hours. He closed it when he went out for the paper but didn't think to tell me. I have a call in to AAA. <sigh>. <grrr>. <arrgh>.

MJ sorry for the dead battery. HOpefully AAA will come quickly for you. I hear you on being concerned with Toots being out in 'weather'. Right now it's not raining...but I'm sure it will be soon!
I was very happy to see a 'maintain' on my scale this morning. I shall take that as a gift and move downward.
Time for coffee!!!!!

Audrey Nice that you will have cooler weather for your digging. Hope that you get both plants removed. Sounds like you have quickly put your post-vacation strategies into action. Good job!. Luckily for me, the semester's end coincided w/ R's surgery date. So I was able to focus on his care.
Ann Sorry that your rain may hAng around all day. We had a rainstorm pass through earlier. Am not sure if more is expected. Not hard to see how you stay in your happy zone-- reasonable indulgences balanced by reset button = success. Good that you can walk inside while you read on your Kindle..

Cathy Any chance of a nap? That troublesome toenail had to be annoying. Like your template for healthy meals. Such a "doable" approach! Mj Good luck w/ the new Morning schedule. Will the earlier MHMR put you into heavier or lighter traffic? Makescheduling LA Fitness easier? Nice that you could work around your home and then relax the rest of the day.
