Beautiful day here but feeling so sad.
(((Cyndee)))
Neen, feel better soon.
Beth, the fluff will go,away. Hang in there.
Leaving for the airport late this afternoon to pick up everyone that was on vacation in Florida. They all have 2nd homes there & drove down so they had to scramble to get tickets back north. They'll go back after the funeral next week. Wish I could figure out what else to do for everyone.
Well, going to pack, some food for tonight & tomorrow to go to my brother's & my sil's sister (the one whose husband died unexpectedly). My brother & sil can bring it to her tomorrow. She lives about an hour away.
Have a good one. BBL.

thyme2 I know! That timing was horrible. Give it a few more weeks and it should all be gone. As long as you aren't taking it frequently the weight tends to come off relatively quickly compared to frequent usage. Still working on mine, from last fall, oy, but they have me on it a lot. ((( cyndee ))) Deb, I think of you when I whine. I hope I never have to take that stuff again. The scale tells the ugly lies that go with it. If I was off the mark on my tracking I wouldn't mind. Sorry you have to deal with it so often. Sure did take the rash away though. Guess there is a trade off. Not only is the scale frustrating but I am once again at a monumental place that would be significant for me. I think when I reach points like that the universe just likes to give me a tweak. I sat about 200 and took forever to jump to onederland so I have faith that this too shall pass. Do you get the lovely headaches that go with it too?

It is the weirdest thing. Also when I titrate down dang those headaches are brutal, sorry you experienced that part of it too. 😕 ((( sullicat1)))

Went to WI this morning as snow came down gently. The small accumulation is almost gone. Yay! My blue dot streak appears to be helping. Down 2.4 this morning. I think it was cutting way back on the sugars. Continuing to focus on getting my blue dots. No blue skies, but the snow has stopped! Have a great day everyone!

Blue dots working better than blue skies for you! (had to check my cheat sheet to see where you are since we are rocking 70's in NJ!) Craziest February weather ever! Way to go with the 2.4!!

Pat- Have you ever tried Topomax for your migraines? It's not an instant cure. It's more of a preventative.
I have tried everything-antidepressants, anti-inflammatories, you name it.
We finally found Topomax (an antiseizure) twice a day really works miracles for me.
I can't take the Relpax, Imitrex and things like that. They cause me to tighten up because of the CP.
I have to take it faithfully every morning and night. But it's so worth it.
Now I only get one during my time of month for a day or two. Much better than the 4-9+ days a month

Cyndee- I'm so sorry to hear about your bird. Pet don't have to have fur to be our babies. Feathers and scales count too. I have a crested Gecko lizard and he's my baby. Well, my official observation is over! The supervisor said she'll put her info into the computer in a day or two. Didn't really give any feedback but did say "you never cause any problems so I don't worry about you". So I guess that means it went OK. I was just hoping for a litte more info I guess Heather having done many teacher evaluations I think that is not very valuable feedback. You work hard. You deserve a bit more. That being said, evaluations are so hard to fit into the daily routine. Just like all of your SpEd paperwork though, they need to reflect the important stuff. Over the years I learned to value the tidbits of wonderful things that came by way of my students. You make a difference!

Excuse me while I scream at pharmaceutical insurance companies! Saw the doctor...migraine is/was definitely developing. He prescribed 3 new meds told me to go right to the pharmacy, pick them up and go home. The pharmacy can only fill TWO because one of them requires prior authorization that could take 72 hours after they fax the doctor and have him send whatever he needs to send. Patient could be dead by then. Clerk asks me if I want her to remove the charge for the one med they did not fill. Seriously??
Home now in my dark cave, took the 2 meds and the 3rd med will have to be the carbs I'll be stuffing in!! Grrrrrr!!

Thyme2-Thanks for the kind words. This supervisor has never actually been a special education teacher-she was a speech therapist, so I'm not sure she truly understand what goes into the running of a classroom.
Pat- Whispering- I'm so sorry. Brews a cup of tea.
Borntexan- congrats on buying pants in your smallest size. That is such a thrill! I'm so proud of you
