This morning the air-conditioning men are just going to service our two air-conditioners. It is maintenance and they are coming between eight and 12 so I can finish getting back to normal after my trip. I am walking in the morning and will add stretching and the exercise bike to my day but I have no appointments or plans. I can go over the materials I brought back with me and so I am glad it will be a quiet day. Dinner is grilled turkey burgers, squash and corn with some type of salad. Track, hydrate and move.

Audrey I know you will incorporate all you learned at the retreat into your daily menus.
We need to go grocery shopping.I need fresh produce and yogurt.I am completely out of fruit.I will track, hydrate and get my steps in.I may get a walk in the morning. If not I will get the recumbent bike done and walk the grocery store while shopping. It's not a big grocery store but I will be able to get some steps in.

Sunday it poured so no walking. I had a difficult day dealing with way too much drama. Tomorrow I have a day of pampering...a manicure and pedicure and will be willing to hit RESET.

Audrey Great to have a transition day in which you can devote your time and attention to review and reflection. Will be exciting to integrate what you have learned. Besides the handouts, can you contact the various staff members with any questions or concerns?
Becky Hope your hit the produce jackpot w/ lots of fresh fruits & vegetables at great pices. Good plan for being active.
Ann Enjoy your visit to the nail salon. Nice that you have found local shop to patronize. Amen. Caring about others can be exhausting.
Cathy oh the possibilities... happy that you have your daughter with you and a day to do whatever you two want.

Monday's goals Taking the day to quietly recharge. Will focus on our trip prep to the exclusion of all else. Will work on packing clothes. We need a suitcase for the hotel where we stay in the last large city before the nature preserve. Then I will work on packing "camp clothes." You might think that it is me who overpacks, but it's actually R. He usually takes an Army duffle bag! In contrast, I pack a medium suitcase w/ just "enough" and one spare outfit.

Good morning all. Woke up to sunshine and blue sky. So well appreciated after yesterday's day of rain rain and more rain. I kept myself amused by reading and just kicking back. Today after my manicure and pedicure we'll stop at WalMart for a few items and also Hannaford's to stock up on produce. I'll even get a few good walks in The reset button will also be pushed Cathy I know that no matter what is on the agenda, you'll enjoy it with your DD. June you pack the way I do. I never take more than I know I'll need. Cuts down on the work when you get home LOL. Enjoy packing and your day. Waving to AWF and wishing all an OP Monday.

Ann Sound alike your day will be OP , active, but not chaotic. That reset button is a ha Day tool to have in our toolkits!
Mj Happppppy 47th anniversary! Always love seeing your wedding picture. So sweet. Enjoy the school events. I feel for your Mouseketeer. Grade school can be rough. Sometimes it difficult to help or guide children because we cannot guess what perception is driving their behavior. They can act out for so many reasons. Maybe a different school routine over the summer and simply time itself will encourage apositive changes.
Bee j Here's to doing what we know to do. Wonderful that you can pull together those materials for your BS buddies.

I was pleased last week maintaining my weight and then seemed to sabotage myself after my weigh in. But I won't let it bother me any longer. It is a new day and a new week and hopefully the "loved ones" drama is behind us now. It wasn't family-family but my church family which is also so important. Audrey, welcome home! sounds like you learned bunches and had a good experience. I also had maint. done on my cooling unit. Those 100 degree days in May had me wondering what in the world we were in for this summer. It cooled off and now its on the rise again. Becky, hope you have a good day shopping and getting your walking in. Ann, sorry you had drama too...sounds like the pampering day is right on time. Cathy, might be nice for you and DD to have just a day to relax and enjoy each other's company. June, happy packing! I also tend to pack just enough - I like having a list and sticking to it. Bee, have a nice time running errands and stay cool and hydrated. MJ, happy Anniversary to a very special couple will do...school days can be so hard.
