Just finished coffee, breakfast and tracking my day. I too have what I call a 'treat day' which is normally after I weigh in. When I went weekly it was always a Thursday, so I've kept up that tradition of treating myself on Thursday evening. Normally it's pasta or pizza or something else that I normally don't eat during the week. Then I'll balance it all out during the week with less food and more walking! That works for me. Lately I've gotten into the 'snacking at night' ritual. It's more of a summertime thing when we are in the screen room listening to music and I want to munch! I didn't snack last night, and the scale reflected a .7 loss this morning. I was quite pleased with that.
June hope that you can make it to have lunch with DM. Nice that you feel comfortable in knowing that she is being well cared for.
MJ prayers continue. ((((((hugs))))))
Susi hope your day isnt too hectic for you.
LaDonna I hear you on wasting points! Good choice to not repeat the process.
I hope to be able to CBL. Once the men leave and the carpets are somewhat dry, we have to move everything in place.
Waving and saying hi to anyone I may have missed.

Our carpets are clean and look amazing We are very happy with the service they provide. We walked miss LuLa and it hasn't rained yet. Then we stopped at Sheila and George's for coffee. They are true animal lovers and welcomed us. As a 'thank you' Carl brought down some of his homemade sausage. Now I'm just going to relax and wait for the carpets to dry a bit more before we start to assemble the furniture. Then Carl gets to 'hook up' all the electrical stuff LOL...lucky him While walking around, I managed to inhale my fair share of pollen that is still heavy in the air. I showered to get most of it off me, only to have it reappear again when I go back out. Take care, all!

Bee I hope you enjoyed free Tuesday. It makes sense to move your free day when you know there are tempting foods as long as like you said you don't eat everything.
Cathy Good goal to work on maintaining during DD's visit.Enjoy her company.
June I can walk more.I can't walk as fast as I did before the injections but I do have my distance back. When the knees start hurting I do slow down even more.I think they are some better but I'm hoping to see even more improvement.I hope you were able to eat lunch with your DM.
MJ Continues prayers for the Mouseketeer. I hope the meeting went well this morning.
LaDonna I don't blame you for not wanting the sandwich especially after knowing how many points it had.I hope your foot feels better soon and that you can get a bike ride in.
Susi I have not tried the collar for Scooter.I have been leery of a flea collar for her but I'm sure it's a good one.I saw one in the Bastrop WM and they had it behind a locked door.At first the price turned me off but then I figured if it lasts 9 mo it would still be cheaper than the chewy pill she gets once a month.I will check into it for next month. It is the busy season for you isn't it?
Ann I always snack either in the afternoon or evening but I try to keep it healthy-ish.Good for you for not snacking. The pollen is bad here too especially mold since it's been rainy some days and humid the other days.I'm glad you enjoyed your visit while waiting for the carpets to be cleaned.
I hope everyone is enjoying their day.

Have to tell y'all it was a good Tuesday. Someone brought some lemon muffins, they were small --- I had 2. Then some pepper jack cheese. And a lady brought an Asian salad with chicken, cabbage/carrots/grated red onion/green onions, ramen noodles and a vinaigrette.
So I handled FREE Tuesday very well in my opinion.
Had a frappe on the way home from grocery shopping this afternoon. So am not hungry. I may have a glass of wine.

Wasn't too hungry so was gonna have a glass of wine for supper.
My wine needed something, and it wasn't the leftover soup from yesterday.
Had bought some plain hummus, so I made a tapenade --- black and green olives, sun-dried tomatoes and marinated artichokes.
Took some (8) triscuit, topped with the hummus and topped the hummus with the tapenade.
Delicious!

Bee, I am like you regarding carpet because we have an elderly cat another cat and a dog plus grandkids. We have tile that looks like wood and itβs so easy to mop up. Dinner tonight is a really delicious chicken with a small portion of buttered noodles roasted carrots and Brussels sprouts. She wanted to make a summer salad and I said I would do that because we have so many cucumbers and tomatoes plus I have red onion and feta in all the ingredients to have a summer salad all summer long. I had a lovely day and hope the week continues like this.
