Starts Wednesday, 06/26. A review of the program in the book: The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck will start Monday, 07/01 in “Beck Book Review” in the “Food & Diet” section. The book contains a 42-day program that uses cognitive behavioral therapy to work on the mental side of weight management. You are welcomed to come join us. If you have any questions come on over and ask.
We will start the Beck Book Review on Wednesday, 06/26, with the introduction and forward. On Monday July 1st, we will start with the first day of the 42-day program.
