So, yesterday, I was perfectly on my dailies for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. Woohoo! Then... snack attack. Why did I eat 13 points in red vines and cookies?! It was a mistake. I was stressed AND tired, which let me slip into my default settings of eating for comfort. I wasn't ready for it, since I'm just starting again, but it could have been a lot worse.
So I'm giving myself credit for sticking to my plan throughout the day, which really helped in the end, and I'm going to try reading my Advantages of Losing Weight Response Card after dinner tonight to see if it will help me stay strong this evening. Honestly, I should probably read it a couple times a day until I get some successes under my belt.

Trying to get my snacks in order. I love pretzels. I bought a bag of unsalted minis. 3 pts for 20. I put them in individual sandwich bags. I also like wheat things. I need to do the same with them, but cut the serving in half. Too many points for a snack.
I started yesterday doing a plank for the count of 5. I will increase in time. Just doing two a day. Started today doing squats for a count of 5. I will also increase that. Maybe I'll add some pushups too.
