How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

45 minute walk yesterday - hope to go out walking in a few more minutes...wearing a hat today, I think, since it is nearly 11am

Early walk today . Finishing windows today hopefully. Daughter finally got her power back about 4:30 a.m. yesterday. A good 12 hours out .
Walk 60', Rode 45' to gym. Weights 30'.

Heading to Zumba now.
