Kathy, I just googled "WW weight ranges" and a table came up. It looked similar to what Becky described so I assume it's the latest. I have downloaded some Prime music, but I wish we could stream a lot of the shows. Sometimes if I miss an episode of a show they have, I will watch it before 8 am when we have unlimited data. The only thing I am looking for on Prime Days is a new Garmin tracker like Becky has. I may find a few other little things but nothing on the early deals looked attractive to me. Every now and then I find a supplement I take and can stock up at a good price.
Arya made up as soon as I sat down with her, Chele. However, I laid down for about an hour's nap this afternoon and she was literally bouncing off my body, which wasn't appreciated and I'll have bruises to show for it no doubt. It was humid on the lake with little breeze, so I was ready to come in after about an hour. The water is like bath water right now. Fingers crossed for both you and Iggy tomorrow.

Karen, I was trying to find the tables from the WW web site which was hopeless. They don't seem to have a good way to search the site anymore. I googled and the table that came up had 132-164 for my height instead of the 122-165 that shows up in my WW profile. The table looked like the format from their old website. That's interesting that they lowered the low weight by 10 lbs. I probably passed 122 around 6th or 7th grade, so I don't think I'll be returning there. I do use Prime music quite a bit. Hard to sleep with Arya bouncing off of you! Sounds like she wanted to play. Good luck getting the Garmin.
Chele, you look very thin at 125 and I think 150 would be reasonable. I keep meaning to finish Mozart in the Jungle on Amazon Prime and I've seen good reviews of Good Omens which stars David Tennant. Hope all goes well with the doctor visits tomorrow.

Liz After a 30 minute walk this morning I was actually thinking of using my cane when we went to church but so far I'm doing fair with the walk and 30 min on the bike this afternoon.I'm glad Zoe is doing well in spite of being a PITA.It's my right hip that's bothering me which makes sense since my right knee is the worse.I'm sorry you are dealing with hip pain and sciatica.Yuck on the major power outage in NYC.You are not a Debbie Downer. You hurt. There is a difference plus all the drama at work and with your SM.
Karen I'm 5'3" and WW has my range at 104-141.I downloaded an app to put in my weight every day if I want to and it's range was 104.9-140.9 so I guess it's all in line.No rain today. We aren't really expecting any rain in Central TX.When I walked at 8:00 it felt really comfortable outside. The humidity will keep on though.
Kathy You must be tall for your weight range to start at 122.Even though I set my goal at 141 which is the highest I think I will rethink that and use 135 as the weight I never want to get above again.
Chele I hope Iggy's and your appointments go well tomorrow and Iggy finds out what's wrong.

Wow liz, pain and relatives. yuck. Do not blame you and I hope the ankle is ok and. Zoe keeps healing.
Doing ok, plodding along.
until I was about 14 and finally hit puberty, I was in grade 8 five foot eight and 100 pounds. I have heard every nasty skinny junior high comment there is. spiral fracture of tibia at 15, so I sat home for three months in groin to toe plaster. boy were those ever heavy. Things changed. But I was still 130 at graduation. by the time i was interviewing for jobs end if college I had to lose 45 pounds to get into a size 14. been up and down ever since. What i did manage to permanently lose was an inch in height!
Last two days finally down one pound from the high after WW loss. My knees . back and ankle tell me keep at it.
111 again...forecast 114 next two then down to normal 106. icky. You want to see unhappy plants drying out? try a breeze in this heat...feels like a hair drier out there.
Today micky is 8. Got an e card from the vet, but the one there who is ours is out now with stage four pancreatic cancer. She have two kids under 11. So sad.
Managed to motivate myself to really clean up the desk and sort out old stuff. It is an old mahogany drop side type that has drawers and pigeonholes and can get filled up and closed! I think the original old lady had a secretary top on it when grandma bought it from her back in the fifties.
Dinner tonight is quiche...cheddar and chard from my big garden pot that lives under a beach umbrella through midday sun. Also a caprese salad and leftover potato salad.
