Good morning all. diva49 , yes, July is really warming up. Hot and muggy in Houston. Only 12 weeks more until we start cooling off ! lavonm , I hope the injection helps your knee. After yesterday's shopping trip with DD I have no plans for today. I'll make a grocery run though and make dinner plans. Waving hi to ATF! ETA: Hi, DebDoesWW, you snuck in. Enjoying the heat? Good morning, everyone!
I have an appointment today that I must not miss. Otherwise, I hope to enjoy the outdoors a bit. Since losing our bird boy, my husband and I have been "spoiling" our hummingbirds. We have quite a crew this year, and the girls are even allowing a couple boys to use the feeder. [Hummingbird girls are usually the rulers of the roost.]
I didn't feel altogether well yesterday, but this morning I feel much better. I'm going to try to keep it that way.

Seems like it's been hot as hades for weeks now here.... Got a short reprieve yesterday, but the heat is back today.
I'm IN.... Diva, before I forget again we did make it to Longwood Gardens while traveling back up the coast from S. C. To Philly. Absolutely gorgeous and I can fondly remember it as the place where I got my first senior citizen reduced fee๐๐ ๐
Thanks Deb, that picture is from my niece's wedding in May.
I am getting daily mail offers from WW. I don't think I have ever been mail stalked by them like this before. Hmmmm
I have been working on the last 2 pounds, which as I write it sounds pretty ridiculous. I am seriously considering taking this spot and working on maintenance which I never did correctly the first or second time. I am doing core with a Mediterranean twist.,... You can read that as the Rene plan๐๐

I never wait until I'm in pain to order my injection. When it starts feeling 'not right', I get the process started. The process takes way too long to suit me but so far, the injections have always kicked in before my knee is in pain. I'm sorry to hear yours didn't work for your right knee.

I am getting daily mail offers from WW. I don't think I have ever been mail stalked by them like this before. Hmmmm Iโm glad someone came up with a name for this: mail stalked! After about another week of it I am going to tell them to stop sending me anything. Why, oh why, canโt greedy companies get it through their heads that people are willing to receive USEFUL emails but donโt want advertising pushed at them. In the end, the companies lose when people say, โEnoughโฆjust stop sending me ANYTHING.โ

Ok, still figuring out how to do citations from Android, lol... But to lavonm., my brother in law is doing the same thing for tendonitis wrist and forearm. It seems to be helping I've been doing injections since 2014 so it definitely helps me. I typically get a year before I need another round. The doctor is thrilled that I get a year because some people need them every 6 months. One of these times, they'll quit working & at that point, it'll be time for knee replacement. Hopefully the injections continue to help your BIL.
