Today was my first day-Yeah! Finally going to try and lose. BUT I logged in to my old account (not my first rodeo). Then when to activate my monthly pass-the leader gave me the letter m and 8 numbers to use for my monthly pass. Well, there are a group of boxes but it doesn't let you put in the m and the numbers don't go in the boxes. It says invalid. What am I missing? Ugh. . .don't want a set back already!!

I think your leader gave you the number of your monthly pass and not an activation code that can be entered on the web site. Judging from the free Lifetime vouchers that we Lifetime members receive and have to enter on the web site for activation, a code with eight digits is just too short. The Lifetime voucher numbers are several groups of digits and they total about 12 to 16 digits and have no letter included. As DebDoesWW recommends, call the 800 number. They may or may not be able to link your existing username to your new monthly pass (or vice versa).
