How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

43 minutes yesterday - had to get up early, drive car to body shop, run errands...overcast...might or might not walk later. If it is raining will (hopefully) do something inside instead.

Walk 60' early Sat. Rode bike 75' later. Sun rode 60' to WW meeting. Got rest of windows in Sat. Siding spots to be done though.

Not enough. Slept too late to go to step aerobics. Walked the supermarket once before getting my cart and walking it again while shopping. Walked another smaller supermarket even though I only needed one thing. Was about 2k steps short for the day.
Today's going to be difficult to get my steps in. Will do weightlifting class but need to sit at the computer all day.
